Doctor prescribed me mix of papaverine 17.5, chlorpromazin 1.923, atropine 0.23 . One dose is 24ml. The problem that erection with same dose can last from 1.5-2 hours (that what I want) to 3.45 hours (that's very inconvenient). Is 3.45 hours erection dangerous?
Doctor told me to take pseudoephedrine if erection last more than 2 hours and do step exercises, but it doesn't really helps me.
Anybody using some special technics to end erection when you don;t need it?

I know the feeling. Being up and moving around makes it worse. I stay laying down, take Sudafed and use an ice pack (bag of frozen peas) ..... when I awake later ... everything is good. Do you ever lose sensitivity? At higher doses of tri mix I cannot orgasm.

I just afraid to fall asleep when I have erection.... yes, it would be more convenient, but I'm scared that I can fell asleep and erection will be for many hours and it may somehow damage the penis.

Yes, sometimes I have trouble with orgasm.... I'd reduce doze, but the problem is that sometimes it's fine... I think that there are mny things involved except dose... how old is solution, your physical and mental conditions at specific time etc...

dotcom,
the real symptom is if your erection is PAINFUL. i generally go to sleep with an erection even though mine goes down at about 2hrs. never been longer. if yours lasts 3.5, and i mean penetrable stiff, then that is a bit long. if there isn't pain, beyond what alprostidil may give you, then you may not have a real issue......just my opinion though. i would be a bit scared at 3.5 hrs too.

My erections last about 3.5 goes with Trimix for over a year now and spend bout 2 hours of that for sex. I have know problems. Only inconvenient, because I cannot really go anywhere after sex and have to conseal it from my girlfriend, because they don’t know I’m using injections. I fall asleep because after one year I know it’s not gonna last too long to cause damage and it first really hurt. I found that laying Siemens on my stomach reduces the hardness, but if I stand up it comes back. I don’t take any Sudanese or use ice.

My erections were lasting 5-1/2 hours. No real alarm but inconvenient and a little painful.
I kept backing off on the dose and finally have achieved a reasonable 1-1/2 hour erection at .03 ml. Funny .05 was still 4-1/2 hours.

I used a strong vibrator pressed between the perianal area and scrotum for about 5 minutes when I was trying to relieve pressure and inspire drainage. Maybe it's mental, but I think it works.

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
51 years old, married 29 years. Implanted Mar 30/17 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. (AMS 700 CX 18 + 2). Had implant removed Apr 29/17 due to Septic Shock. Liposuction By Dr. Gan and re-implant by Dr. Brock (AMS LGX 15 + 2) Dec 14/17.

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

5 and a half hours are not alarming to you? I just had a 3.5-4 hour one and it causes me alarm. I'm actually getting close to 4 hours right now and it's now just fluffy instead of rigid.

At 2 hours I took pseudoephedrine. That didn't seem to help. At 2.5-3 I started working out hard and putting on ice packs. At 3.5 it's started to drain but it's still engorged.

I just don't know when it's considered an emergency, and the medical advice on it is rather nebulous.

Edit: It has gone down now at a little over 4 hours, but feels itchy. Has anyone experienced itchiness after it goes down?

I dont injecct anymore, but when I did, I experienced thus also.

Erections were fantastic, but more often than not lasted too long , like you , often 3 to 4 hours before abating.

The solution for me , my urologist advised this, was to do jumping jacks and/or run up and down the stairs a few times , to drain the blood away from the penis.

This worked for me.
3 hours plus and its a definite source of discomfort.
