I have been using Alprostadil (Viridal) for 3 months but find the pain excessive.
As a trial, I have sourced a private prescription in the UK for Invicorp because apparently it is pain-free.
Manufacturer has confirmed that I should use the entire dose as there is negligible risk of Priapism, but then the supplied Product Information Leaflet gives the usual ‘4 hour’ warning.
Is there anyone who has moved from Alprostadil to Invicorp?
Did you start with a smaller dose?
How would you compare the effectiveness of Invicorp to Caverject / Viridal in terms of erection quality and duration?

Re: Invicorp Questions
I was unfamiliar with the stuff but was curious enough to do a bit of research. It does appear that the risk of priapism is very low.

Update
This is what I have discovered so far.
1) I started with a full dose.
Very solid erection for 2½ hours ( )
Erection didn't fade over time like Alprostadil and reappear with stimulation. It went quickly at the end, and stimulation didn't make it come back.
Quality of erection was sustained while upright unlike Alprostadil ( )
Zero pain ( )
2) Repeated full dose with same result
3) 50% Dose
Oddly, results vwere the same as with a full dose
4) 40% Dose
Results were the same as with a full dose
Note - with 40% dose I can get 5 injections from 2 doses
Based on limited experience so far, this is a definite win, and a relief not to be distracted by pain
This must be what US users experience when they move from Alprostadil onto Trimix etc.

Re: Invicorp Questions
I have only been on Invicorp so cannot compare it to other injections as such. I have been on it for 3 months. Full dose gives me a solid erection for 3.5 hours every time without fail and large flaccid hang for a another 2-3 hours thereafter. No pain associated with erection whatsoever. At first i was concerned about priapism but now have confidence that erection starts to fade at 3 hours every time.
42yr, ED from mid 20s. Currently trailing Invicorp. Single dose of 0.35 ml contains 25 mcg Aviptadil and 2mg Phentolamine. First injection gave 4 hour erection with half standard dose placing me at risk of priapism. Help!
