Cylinder Aneurysm Precautions

Hey guys. Anyone experienced the cylinder aneurysm. MRI scheduled for June 6th. What should I expect?

Confirmed through MRI. The aneurysm was barely noticeable in March and has grown to big marble size now, Doc gave options, anyone got any counsel? Think I want to re-do even though the wife does not have sex anymore due to health issues.
