Problem 7 years later

I had radical prostatectomy in 2000 and had AMS 700 installed in 2004. All was well until a year ago...I experience "inflammation" near tip about 3 hours after sex- this can last for a couple of days. My doctor says that it's impossible this is caused by device and I have consulted 2 other doctors who seem to agree. He says I must have a skin problem and that I should apply some corticosteroid cream (have not tried yet). I feel that the problem is that the implant is pushing against some nerves which is causing irritation. Has anyonyone else had a problem ?

As an aside AMS Help Line is useless....they don't even have a doctor on their staff which really surprised me.

No one knows YOUR body the way you do. Keep a watchful eye on the problem, try what your doctor says, and if it doesn't work, keep pressing your doctor for help.
