Natural Erections with Implant?

I had my implant back in Nov of 2011 and it went extremely well. I'm fully recovered, of course, and only recently got enough feeling back to be able to orgasm while wanking. I have had numbness in my penis since surgery, but it's getting better, as I've been told by guys here would happen. Still haven't had an orgasm during sex, but I'm sure that's coming...if only I had more opportunities to work on that part of it...I digress.

Many times when I wank, I do it "flaccid" because my penis is now very firm from the implant and strokes nicely as is. So I took quite awhile and finally climaxed, only to be standing out there tall and hard. Now, I'm able to get there a little quicker, but continue to experience the erection at the end. Another nice affect is that I continue to orgasm as long as I continue wanking.

Bottom line, has anyone else experienced this? How is it possible since I thought the natural processes were interrupted by the surgery?

I had my implant since Dec (Titan) and have been taking daily regimen of Cialis 2.5 mg. I can feel an erection coming on and it does move which surprises me, since the cavernosa was "cleaned out". Could the underside of the penis still have the blood flow and the tissue to build an erection? However, the whole penis does not get hard as when I inflate it. That's the downside, but I will keep trying.

Actually cavernosa doesn't get "cleaned out". It is just dilated. Depending on the elasticity of CC dilation process might be not that damaging. If this is the case then some partial natural erection might remain. And this is very good because gives you a chance of glans endorsement upon arousal.

Appreciate the replies. I do get a pretty good engorgement of the glans when I wank....probably better than before the implant. While I still have sensitivity issues, but they're improving. It's been 8 months now...i continue to get prety decent natural erections when wanking while flaccid.

this is merlin - it is not unusual to attain erections post implant suregery....infact, this is a good thing since your own natural erection will augument
the implant when in use. Now, since you had a robotic rp, I presume your erectile potential was intact prior to surgery which is no wonder you are experiencing what you describe. As far as having orgasms while walking...well okay, this is a little unusual - you must have a very normal if not elevated testosterone. By the way, men with poor vascular history (blood flow in or out) may not achieve this added quality of erection when the device is inflated and in use.

Glad to hear that things are going well. Your response to stimulation after the implant surgery is most interesting. Nice!! Since I'm not bionic I find the possibility of response to stimulation an encouraging development. As we both know from our PCa treatment the world and rules change. Using him as much as possible remains an important factor for better penile rehab and mental health. Go guy!!

Actually, Merlin, my ED was total prior to the implant, as I had the prostatectomy and never recovered any function. I used injection for 3 years prior to getting the immplant and they worked very nicely...but even when wanking flaccid, i never got anything like this. It's very welcome, though...

i get plenty of natural flow now. I cannot believe it how big it gets when I'm super excited nowadays.

Sometimes I don't even pump. Or I will put in a few to "supplement" the natural flow

If you leave the pump "unlocked", you will awaken to erections during the night and various other "exciting" times.
