Thanks for your response. I do read a lot and the reviews on xiaflex are not great. Injections 30k for 30% improvement. Not worth it. I agree Titan is the way to go just debating on SURGEON. EID VS Kramer. I have read great articles about both so I think that whoever's I chose will be a good one. The only difference that I see is from what I read Eid is a Titan man and Kramer may lean AMS

You get your choice with Kramer. He may recommend one or the other if you have an underlying issue but it’s your dick, your choice.

In reading prior posts I think if you go with ams they use a cx for peyronies conditions. No big issue probably but I think most prefer the titsn more rigid cylinders for peyronies.

In my case no 30 or so curve, no dents, no hourglass, and cannot even find plaque.

So hard straight erection with no issues so far. Almost 4 months now since implant. Flaccid is even getting pretty good.

Kramer has done my past surgeries and he has done a great job. However, my sense is that he is most comfortable working with AMS implants than Coloplast. If I need a future revision I will go with Dr Eid since I think the Titan is the right implant for my anatomy, and he is very experienced with this brand of implants.

Dr. Kramer recently told me that he estimates that he installs about 60% titan and 40% AMS.
I feel he is quite comfortable with both brands.

Has anyone heard from Dr. Kramer or his office recently? Been trying to get an appointment but haven't heard back on emails and the phone number given on his website always goes to voicemail.

Dr Kramer was scheduled to be 'off' the month of July. I believe he indicated to me back in May that he was going abroad to assist/teach implant techniques.
I also have an outstanding/unanswered email to him so I suspect he is pretty much unavailable for July.

I am also looking for Dr Kramer. I've heard that he is out of the country for the month of July. How do I contact him for a consultation

Dr Kramer is in the process of moving to a new office so he can do more surgeries per week. He will be up and running the first week of August.
