The hose feeling if you squeeze when flaccid won't go away but you'll stop noticing it. You'll deflate more over time, but mine is still a bit of a mild semi looking even deflated.

While the AMS gives me a hard and straight 8 inch erection, it will not lift my penis beyond the 4:00 position. Also the girth is under 5 inches. I didnt lose much length, but girth is down 1 inch. From Larry's comment it sounds like the titan might have been an option. Not at all dissatisified with my current result from a functional standpoint , but a bit more elevation and girth would be a bonus. Will inquire at my first revision.
