Erection is good but penis is not lifting, some feedback is needed.

Postby Toronto67 » Fri Aug 09, 2019 12:28 am

Hi,

Since my implant activation I am able to do 30 to 35 pumps with some discomfort but manageable, erection is rock solid and my penis is fairly straight. Size is also very good (7 inches from my pubic bone to the tip of the penis), however; the implant is not lifting, when fully pumped my penis lift a little bit but basically still pointing down. Does any of you have experienced something similar? Could the penis raise 90 degrees if I keep cycling?

Do you have a few RTE's?

This could be the reason the implant is not sufficiently supported and 'angled up' when inflated. The inflatable portion is not nestled in, and thus supported by, the crux.

that's the way it is with me. I mean that my penis with implant is heavier than before. My doctor told me that the penis hangs because the straps of the penis (ligament suspensory penis) are worn out. The reason for this is the long time, in which I had no proper erection. You can fix that with an operation, but why ????

I have no RTEs

In practice, I do not care. I have a hard erection again and I can do what I want with it and for as long as I want. That's all that counts. The length, the thickness, and that he hangs does not interest me at all.

Do not fret about it

At first I also thought that I have to pump countless times until he gets hard. Now, after 11 months, I know it will not get harder after pumping 4-5 times. All is well.

For me it actually is a problem. Sure the dick will bend up during missionary position but prior to implant it had more upward angle, just seemed to "fit" better, and had more resistance to downward angle. Cowgirl position is better, but even there doesn't seem to be the same "upward pressure" there used to be... like the dick has too much flex at the base.

Prior to implant I could guide my dick into the vagina hands free...now it has to be hand "guided" in.

I'm new at this, just 6 weeks out, so maybe it will get better over time.

======================================

As an aside, interesting your mention of 4 to 5 pumps as I am the same....and yet it seems most here pump way more than that. I guess it's related to cylinder/penis size but 4, versus the 30 or more pumps some require is surprising.

@Evinrude

For me it was also difficult at the beginning. Now for me the main thing is that he is tough again and I can use him. With or without hands.

It is better to ask your doctor first before you worry unnecessarily.

I have always "hand guided" my dick into her vagina. Never a problem. :)

There was a thread on this the other day. One member said he started pointing it up towards his navel at times when erect. Just leaving it there with the pants straps keeping it pointing up. He said he learned this from a previous member and didnt think it would work but after a few months it did start working.

My usable implant starts a my pubic bone. 5cm RTEs are buried in my cruses , I point at 2-3 o'clock. RTEs do not make you point down.

RTE''s contribute to you pointing down.

http://www.smsna.org/scottsdale2016/pre ... ns/206.pdf

That is where I first learned of this effect.

The device and tissue have mass, the longer the unit the greater the torque (You can see that in the graph, with increased deflection with increasing implant size while holding RTE number constant), and so the greater the resistance (provided by being anchored in the crux) required to keep it pointing up.

The more distal the interface between the RTE's and the inflatable is from the body, the less counter force you have to the implant's torque.

It's like placing you foot on a seesaw lever do resist the child depressing the other end, or trying to push it down at an arms length. With the later you have a pivot point which transmits less force.

I have 5 cm RTE, I guess this could be a factor to be considered.
