No issues at all. Doc office got authorization and let me know what my max might be. I was expecting about 2700 for my part. Ended up about 800 out of pocket.
Pd was specifically listed as covered for implant. I am straight no issues. Several journals of those with 90 degree curve who are now pretty straight with the titan.
Happy for sure and wish I had done it 3 years ago.
No regrets, no wtf moment. Not one.

18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

Insurance not an issue, my Doctor recommends Intron A over xiaflex. After 24 treatments he thinks there will be no more improvement. Now recommends an implant.

Sounds like Titan is the best choice when PD is involved.

Thanks for the input, greatly appreciated!

I'm going to say that it is a general opinion that the AMS CX might work. But the Coloplast Titan will work. The Titan is made of stiffer, so to speak, material than the CX. If all else fails, follow your surgeons reccomendation.
