I will try to be clear but it will be difficult since i'm European.

I'm lucky because when I'm excited, my scrotum gets very hard. but above all, my doctor did a good job because he hid the pump behind testicles. I saw some photos here in the forum where the third pump is ahead of the testicles. it is not good for two reasons.
1) aesthetic, since the woman notes that we have something artificial there
2) functional. I believe that a pump hidden behind the testicles is more protected from blows during penetration, which can help keep its life longer. the connections tubes of the pump tubes, in fact, are the weakest part of the system (especially for Coloplast Titan).

if it is well hidden inside the scrotum, it will be more protected from trauma.
