looks like all you took away from the last attemp was "lost an inch" we have told you that you will get the appropiate size and I would say it will definately be less than your VED lenght, think more like the length it was before VED and maybe a bit shorter than that. Forget the idea that you can make it longer with a longer implant, it not that simple. And this is what I like, it is really hard and stays that way as long as needed. What's not to like?

What I meant was that I do not attribute the loss of length to under sizing, especially not intentionally. When inflated the implant reaches into the glans appropriately. Any longer and the tips would be painful. As they are, the head receives support and the shaft is fully filled. In my case, I gained a great deal of girth. One thing to remember is that the implanted, inflated Titan increases width along the horizontal axis, but not the vertical. In other words, looking down on the penis it appears wider, while looking directly from the front it is narrower. Thus, it is an oval rather than a "natural". Erection that is round. The geometry leads one to conclude that as the girth increases, the length diminishes a bit. That's why some length might return as the parts adjust to the internal structure.

Hopes this clarifies what you may have taken as an inconsistency. In my case I am comfortable with the decision made by my surgeon. I hope you find peace of mind with your decision and best of luck for a great outcome!

Matthew, I did not get my implant as a result of prostate cancer. I've had diabetes since age 6. All I can tell you is that you will never have the size you had when you were 19. In my case, I am longer now than I have been in 7 years. Shape wise, you will have a flatter appearance. From my perspective, I look like I have gained girth. Overall, I am so glad that I had the surgery. I wish I had done this sooner than I did. I feel great now after my wide and I have sex. No more feeling like I want to die. That's how bad it got. My wife suffered as well because there was nothing she could do to help. One other thing that I haven't heard anyone mention though. Your new penis will not aim upward like a natural erection. The cylindersjust can't be made to bend upward. The new angle is kind of fun. The learning curve after surgery has produced some great time with my wife. I feel like a kid again.

Hope all of this helps.

Thanks for all the good feedback. I just have a little anxiety but not enough to deter me. My main issue is peyroines. I have a 90 degree curve. After ultrasounds etc is was determined an implant is the only way. All other options would just cement ed. I can get some erections rarely and with headache pill, it works but curved hard. I am pretty sure the peyroines is THE main reason I have ed. The Doc I am using is suppose to be great at working the LGX model on peyroines patients. I am believing it will work for me. I have my meeting at 1:00 today in Nashville. Kinda excited and really just want to get it over with and done and move forward. I have made a list of 8 questions for him. Such as correct fit and illiminating floppy head. Oh, so I was tested and have no leakage and good blood flow. Should I have a good chance of getting blood to the head etc to cause it to swell during erection eventually? Thanks again for the sincere feedback. I am ok with losing a 1/4 maybe 1/2" at most. I do not have diabetes and have not had my prostate removed. I have an overall positive attitude, just want to cover all the bases/challenges with feedback from you all.

Matthew, I had good flow to the glans/head. After my recent implant 26 days ago I can confirm already that my glans receives blood and enlarges just as before. Best of luck and let us know what the doc says. Don

I have a very good visit with the doc. He showed me where I have alot of plaque. He said he will remove it and put the LGX model in. The finished product will be between 5.5 and 6". I did the pre op stuff since I was there too. He said I will not be the full lenght for a least 6 months or more. He said no one has complained about girth with the lgx. He wants me off 2 weeks after op. Sept 13 is the day of op. I have to get a flight. I wonder if I should get wheel chair assistance at the airport?
