83% of the stated cylinder size.
An 18 cm AMS LGX is 18 cm when inflated.
And 18/1.2=15cm when deflated.
So when inflating, it will grow 20% (0.2*15=3cm) to reach 18 cm inflated.

So if someone has experience atrophy and shrinking due to ED, getting the AMS LGX will not return him to his original, natural length?

How much shrinkage?
For how long time?
How elastic is your tissue?
How good is your doc?

But the studies I have read does not show any major difference in size (re-) gaining between the different models.
The LGX main advantage is that it’s flaccid is shorter than the erection, which mimics a natural dick to a higher degree.
But not all want a shorter flaccid...

But as i understand it,cylinder size and its increase does not seem relevant to an understanding of how long my penis may grow. As 18 cm is not the actual usable penile length because that includes unusable length buried inside which varies according to the individual. Correct?

So my flaccid length is 4.6 in. , does that mean my max size will be 5.52? Right now i measure 5.25 after only 3.5 months.

At 3.5 months my soft and hard lengths were probably very comparable to yours. It took time to get back to the length I had most of my life. I’d say a year or so.

No it does not mean that at all.
Forget the idea that an LGX will grow your dick 20%.
It is the implant that grows 20% when going from deflated to inflated.
Maybe there is a chance that an LGX can grow a dick more than a Titan or CX.
In that case because maybe it can be more aggressively sized.
But as I said, there are studies made which doesn't show any major difference in length gained between the brands and the models after cycling.
How much your dick grows from cycling depends on the tissue in your dick.
My dick is 2.5 cm longer now than right after surgery, and 1-1.5 cm longer than before surgery.
This is not normal and happened with a Titan.
I don't think there is any way to calculate or know what your dick's length will be a few years after surgery.
Just find a good doc and then you'll have to see what happens.
