Use ice bag on the scrotum as much as possible to bring the swelling down and to get your natural color back. On my second revision mine turned almost black. It took about two weeks for it to turn white again.
Congrats on your implant, you will never regret doing it. I love mine.

Welcome to the implant brotherhood. Wishing you quick healing.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Go slow. Take your meds and above all ICE
Frozen peas work best. slam them on the floor then place them on your
sac area! repeat often.
Don't rush it for the first couple of weeks.
get some underwear that separates your penis from your sack
"Separatec" or somethings like it. it helps.
I just went thru it. Oct., any questions just ask!

Not sure about that one - it's a 4:3 ratio which would mean distal and proximal lengths were almost the same. I keep hearing 2:1 ratio mentioned in all of the medical texts I've looked up regarding implant surgeries. That's 2x distal (penile) cylinder length to 1x proximal (inside) cylinder depth.
That would mean a 21 cm cylinder would be equate to 14 cm (5.5") distal and 7 cm (2.75") proximal. That is assuming no rear-tip extenders were used.
My doctor threw the 2:1 ratio out the window when he couldn't get through fibrosis in my proximal corpora so I'm something like 50:9 (5" distal and 0.9" proximal )

Re: implanted 12/12/19
Wishing you well sharpspike! Congrats and welcome. I was implanted 11/13 and I too had peyronies and also was implanted with 21 c Titan. Take it slow. Feel free to private message me any questions or if you want to have further dialog since our situations are very similar and I'm a month ahead of you.

Re: implanted 12/12/19
I think the remodeling of Peyronie's curvatures must have a much larger effect on the bruising than the implantation itself. I was black & blue as well, mostly black. I still have some dark discoloration on the left side of my scrotum where it was solid black on my day-6 photos in the "Implants Pics" thread. I believe Jason had similar bruising and now SharpSpike states the same. I've seen a couple of guys who had virtually bruise-free recovery and I'm jealous as hell...

Re: implanted 12/12/19
Appears as though us peyronies guys get a little more beat up in the process. My dr spend 2 hours working on me, as opposed to his usual 45 minutes he said.
