As a young man(25 years old), I'm afraid they think implant is unattractive or even gross.
I know it's really important to have confidence, but it's not easy.....

Welcome to FrankTalk, .
When I first joined FrankTalk, I took a couple weekends to read through two and a half years of posts/threads with titles that interested me and appeared informative. I recommend this to you. It will give you a better basis for forming questions and understanding the answers. You will also find several threads asking exactly your question. The answers there are more than you will get in just one thread.
I will post links when I have some time available.
Please tell us something about yourself. Help us help you. Filling in a "Signature Block" is commonly done.
Any woman who would be put off by E.D. (or a man taking treatment to fix it - implant, pills, injections, etc) is either uneducated or not worth being around. Be honest about your condition (E.D., implant, injections, pills, whatever). Women are incredibly supportive if they feel trusted, respected and safe.
Yes, confidence is an aphrodisiac.
Again, welcome to the forum.

I decided not to wait. Here is a post I authored a while back.
I still advise you STRONGLY to take a couple days over the next couple weeks to read through discussions here. What you find will give you background to understand what you are getting into (and what will be getting put into YOU). Knowledge is power. But, what the heck, here is a sampling to get you started

jump.ship wrote:Lost Sheep is always on hand with v good advice. But on this one, but I must disagree. To say that someone that is put off by the implant "is either uneducated or not worth being around" is incorrect, and, in my mind, breeds defensiveness.
Thanks for the acknowledgement, jump.ship.
I will consider on your comments. My intention was to indicate that a sexual partner (man or woman) who is so superficial as to reject another human being as a companion/friend/lover just because of a physical feature is "not worth having around".
You are correct. That statement is judgmental and unnecessarily (and incorrectly) categorizes people I have never met. I have met a fair sampling of the human population, but to cast such a wide pall over all is, as you indicate, unwise at best and likely very counterproductive. At worst...well I don't want to cast myself in that group, so am seriously examining that prejudice of mine.
Thanks for challenging me. I need that more that I care to admit to myself.

Re: What do young women think about implants?
As with anything in life, there are very different opinions on this… my generic answer is that it depends on the woman… i’m 32, most of the female population in my life knows about this surgery… I’m pretty open about things… Most of them love it, some of them hate the idea of it… either way, I was broken and I got fixed… That’s all it comes down to for me. I was given an opportunity to finally focus on becoming a father and in order to keep my extremely approving girlfriend happy, we went into this thing together and I came out knowing that I did the best thing for the situation at hand and I’ve excepted this is the new normal and don’t feel any different than I did before…
Implanted October 2019 Dr. Kramer lgx 18 cm +2 rear tips. Preop at 6.75 post op 5.25... awaiting revision… Implanted for possibility of having our first child.

Feel exactly the same. I'm 30 btw. Just today someone invited to go for a drink with her after midnight... just imagining the possible outcomes of that, and I feel like dying. I know this is my only option, I know it has to be done if I ever want to be able fuck and feel somehow normal, but I think about what women will think, how weird it must be for them...I feel so lost.

Love your attitude. “I was broke and I got fixed”. Cut and dried and no drama. Everyone has physical issues in life and being upfront and honest gets the fear of the unknown out of the way pronto.
The best way to approach everything IMO. Congrats to you.

There is no need to feel lost. You have jumped to the other extreme here. Most people will not care. This needs to be understood.
I am getting mine in March and the only emotion is excitement (and fear of pain, of course). I plan to have sex with say 100 people over the next year. I am going to guess that some of these people will think the implant is a bit weird, and I will accept their right to feel like that.
If I thought everyone would be nonchalant I would be deluded. Equally if I thought everyone would be weirded out by it I would be just as deluded. The data is in on that front too: browse through the site and see many young guys with partners that don't give hoot. Softtohard's girlfriend even went to the surgery with him!
The implant is not trivial, but there is no reason to feel lost. It is a miraculous procedure in my opinion!

I agree, it's hard to see things in shades of grey when you're emotional. Some will love, some hate, some won't be that bothered as long as it works well enough.
Having said that, and not wanting to go off on a tangent....
Honestly! Holy shit lol. I always thought that there would be more sex if women had the same drive as men. Haha. Well good for you if you can get it. I don't think i would have the energy, and i'm younger than you!
