Hi All,
I hope you had a great New Year's!
I masturbated while inflated just now and had a somewhat painful (burning) sensation as the semen travelled through the shaft / head. Has anyone else experienced this?
I'll be asking my consultant about it / holding off with more masturbation in the meantime as I'm assuming it's either down to pressure from the inflated tubes or inflammation or both? I'm still not even 3 weeks post-op so I guess something like this is to be expected?
But now onto the good news! My dick feels just as sensitive as before and for whatever reasons the orgasms feel better though that may well be my imagination (on account of the relief etc from finally having had the op executed). Moreover, I measured length once more (am still without a ruler or tape measure so am making due with a coin of known diameter) and when my glans are engorged I have approximately 5.475 inches which is terrific! My pre-op being approximately 6.3 inches when using a pump.
Even if no further increases were attained I can tell you right now that I am perfectly happy with such!!! Obviously I would be delighted if I see more length as post-op duration increases, and am hopeful of greater glans engorement if using the likes of cialis, but this is terrific!
I am officially so ducking happy that I took the leap despite being 28 (which was a horrifying prospect to me in the months before deciding). I have no bruising or noticeable swelling, I am much more recovered than my last post, and I simply cannot wait to use this absolute weapon of an implant!
I have a girl who likes me (and I very much like her) that I am beginning to see and am soooooo looking forward to the opportunity
This is the first time in years that I don't have to push away someone who likes me (and I them) which has and will always be a soul crushing and demoralising event. I no longer have to be alone.
I cried on the drive home for Christmas because I was so happy. It is the one time in my life it has happened and the memory of which will stay with me to the grave.
I want to thank you all, members past and present, for not only the responses you've given me but for the countless hours that have gone into the creation of this forum. If it weren't for you and your stories then I would likely still be holding off on surgery and no doubt subjecting my mind to more attrition.
Kind Regards,
INeedAWorkingDick

Painful ejaculation / progress made!
Implanted Titan late 20s after long-term ED. Pills/pump/urethral suppositories with no success. Following implant enjoyed successful sex; 5mg Cialis standard but not required if abstaining from masturbation. Strong engorgement/pressure.

I'm pretty sure this is normal to some degree due to the forced abstinence. For me it wasn't really "PAIN" but a very VERY INTENSE orgasm, although I guess it could have been considered painful to a small degree but in a pleasurable way. That feeling sort of faded off with subsequent orgasms (dammit!). I can usually still get a similar INTENSE feeling if I use certain type of ending strokes (pressing and releasing my grip HARD and SLOW against my groin). They always used to say "FIREWORKS" in reference to orgasms but I never experienced that until I first had UroLift procedure and my prostate was healing and then the penis implant. By the way, I had the UroLift implant procedure 2.5 months before the penis implant.
