craig,
I have a same problem as you, always semi erect and sticking out.
This is mine complaint about Titan. I am 16 months out of surgery and still at the lowest 45 degrees or 4:30. It never got softer.
I deflate it to the max, my penis looks like being run by bus tire, so flat but sticking out. Hate it.
Will never go again with Titan.
This is mine main Point of disappointment.
Never looks and never feels anything close to natural.

As just mentioned in the previous post, they are two ways you can handle the addition of your new "package" and it's visibility under your clothes: you can be embarrassed about it and try to hide it unsuccessfully, or you can be proud of it because you never were a shower in the past and now you've got something to show... I chose the latter option even though I only have a semi-discrete bulge to the left of my zipper now.

Craig,
I have an AMS 700 LGX so a different situation than you have. Following implant surgery my penis stuck out. As a nude model college art classes it is taboo to have an aroused look so I had to take a break. I dressed with fairly snug underwear so my dick was forced downward. After a couple months it looked very natural again. I do not know if you can do the same with a Titan, but maybe worth a try.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

I too have a Titan and I'm 7 months post-up. Yes, my package shows in the locker room, jeans, swim trunks and dress pants. Noooooo problem.

A photo of the bulge while wearing those garments (uninflated, as you would normally be day-to-day) might help us make more targeted suggestions. (Side view and front view, perhaps) Nude would not hurt, either.

Some men have found the "Titan Bulge" to be unacceptably prominent either because they are over-concerned or because it actually IS over-prominent. The tactics to deal with either are different.

You probably need to wear better underwear. Tighty-Whiteys won't cut it...either will boxers or boxer briefs.

Try stronger, tighter underwear - like UFM https://www.ufmunderwear.com/

Compression shorts might train it and in a few months, it will be better. Also Jock straps - especially the fashion ones - not from a sports stores - will help.

Any of the tight underwear on this page will help.

Give it time. Wear the tight/supportive underwear, it will train your package to be less prominent.

As my problem was a little bit different, I bought Fruit of the Loom jockeys (tighty whities but in colors) one size smaller than I normally wore. I want(ed) to stay "dressed" up and to the right as mine wanted to curl (from my first, botched implant) uncomfortably down and to the left. It still works its way down there eventually and I have to "adjust" several time s a day. As time progressed, I went back to my normal size. I still have to adjust fairly often.

Whatever problems I've had with my implant(s), they melt away when there's a pretty girl sitting on it!

Good luck man!
