You should be very proud of that! It looks great, and will really good when swelling is resolved! Thanks for keeping group updated. Pictures always give the story.
Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.

2 weeks - 4 days Update.

Thanks all for the words of encouragement. I really appreciate it. Believe me, there have been several times that I asked myself, "did I fuck things up by doing this?"

Swelling has gone down significantly since my last post. If you read my posts from the beginning, you may recall that about ten years ago I had silicone installed in my scrotum to make my balls look bigger. That all worked out great. But it has caused some concern with this surgery. I am posting this info because Dr. Kramer had mentioned that he had patients with similar enhancements that were not comfortable posting on here. Some had issues, some did not after the implant. Maybe this will help others in a similar situation.

So at two weeks I was still very swollen. I believe a lot of the swelling was due to the fact that the silicone encased in the tissue was reinflamed with the surgery and pump. Also, I had noticed that the scrotum was getting hard and I couldn't feel the pump. This was concerning to me, so I went to a friend who is a Dermatologist/surgeon who is familiar with silicone, fillers, etc.... He had treated me when I first got the injections. I'm currently on a low dose of docycline which is given to patients who have inflammation with silicone (plastic surgeons prescribe this).

3 days into the prescription, I can say that my swelling has decreased significantly. I can feel the pump now, but still am unable to grab it. The pump is is partially engulfed in tissue, fluid, silicone. However, it is looking pretty good. I go back to the Dermatology DR in a week to check. I am keeping DR. Kramer updated also on this progress. The benefit of this is (hopefully) that the big ball sack and scrotum will helpfully "hide" the pump from casual grabs of your balls. but we shall see as I believe the swelling and healing will evolve over the next few weeks.

As for the penis, no swelling at all at this point. just some real sensitivity an soreness where the tips meet the glands. I can't do much with the penis because the area under the glands gets sore quickly. Hoping that will pass. If I didn't had the swelling in the scrotum and could grab the pump, I'd be cycling at this point.

I'll post another update in a few days after a week on the script to see if it has resolved some of the silicone hardening and swelling.

BTW, I am not a proponent of silicone enhancement or anything like that. I did alot of research on it and was very happy with the results. At the time, I NEVER thought I would need a penile implant. So alot of this is new territory. With some prayers and patience, hopefully all will work out.

Best to you all and let's hope 2020 is a good one for everyone!

3 weeks - 4 days.

So the swelling has decreased substantially. I finally deflated, sort of. Took me forever as the deflate button is hidden in "stuff" still. I can't really feel the deflate button, but after an hour or so was able to get the fluid out.

I also started pumping yesterday. Gotta say I'm a bit disappointed with my penis. First off, it looks no-where near as thick and long as it was before. Given the AMS CX 24 cm I would expecting more. I know it's early.

I am finding pumping extremely hard to do. The pump is very hard to push in fully. I can only get in little squeezes. I can only get in about 5-6 pumps before there is an erection. And then I can't fully deflate it. Any thoughts with others having similar issues?

I'll be taking some pics also this week.

Your thoughts are appreciated.

Update 4 weeks

So a couple of days ago I was finally able to deflate the implant. I was reluctant to pump the implant fully because I was afraid of not finding the deflate button and having a full erection without being able to deflate.

I've seen other guys that have similar issues around the same time frame.

So I pumped it up fully, which really was only about 7 pumps until it was too hard to continue. I felt for the "general" area where the deflate button would be and pushed. I felt a "whirring" sound which was like winning a slot machine! I was able to deflate the penis more than I had ever. I still can't feel the deflate button fully, but I now have an idea of where it is, and have done it a few times since then.

The good news is that the junk in my scrotum does hide the pump well enough, kind of feels just like a harder than normal testicle.

Penis wise, I have some curvature of the penis under the head on the right side. Sort of like the implant is too long on one side. Anyone else have that issue? I didn't have before, but I am hoping with some cycling that it will start getting better. Again,. my penis doesn't really look like mine, but form other users I've been chatting with, I'm told things evolve as you cycle. Let's hope.

The good thing is I am able to function better wearing work clothes without having a mini hard-on constantly.

If you had PD, you may have a plaque that didn't get fully remodeled, or you might have some adhesion on one side that doesn't let it expand as well, or one cylinder may be folded in on itself and needs to be straightened out (accordion or concertina folds). Consult the doctor if you suspect adhesion or unreleased PD plaque. If you have folds that need to be expanded, AMS videos should help (look at your DVD that came with the patient package). There is a video on how to perform some troubleshooting steps. One is pump up then bend your penis UP, DOWN, LEFT and RIGHT, slowly. This may release a fold and let that implant fully inflate and then both sides would theoretically be the same length.

Thanks Waynetho.

I didn't really have PD. It does feel like the implant is pushing out at the right side of the penis, especially when not inflated. When deflated there is a definite fold on the shaft on the right side about a 1/2" under the head. I really just started pumping a couple of days ago, so I am hoping tha the penis will stretch more as I cycle. The most I leave it fully pumped is about 20 minutes before it starts getting sore. But that time has expanded since I started cycling.
