pre op prep

Just wanted some feedback on preparing for my implant surgery on Thursday 9/13/2912. Anyone have a list? My doc told me to not take blood thinners, ibufrofen, fish oil etc. Fast 12 hrs before etc. Do I need someone to drive me home? I have a flight on day three with two stops. Not sure how icing my crotch will work for flight. Any help is appreciated.

you will need a driver to leave the hospital, By day three, I don't think you will be comfortable while flying, but by then you will know what to expect and it should be manageable, wear some really loose fitting clothes, think baggy with elastic waist. Good luck.
age 74 married, Robotic RP Dec.2009. Implanted Jan 2011 with AMS 700LGX and AMS 800 AUS. (AMS 1500). IPP failed March 2018 , leak. Planning an AUS revision (total replacement) in 2018, now I need the IPP too.
