Though I can feel my glans naturally increase in size just before climax, I would prefer to have it a little larger all the time without losing sensitivity or risking deformity.
Does anyone have an effective treatment, over the counter or prescribed, that they can recommend? If so, how long does it last?

I have a friend with a Titan as well who kept a supply of his old Trimix. NOOOOOO. He does not inject it obviously but I takes a few drops and using a syringe WITHOUT the needle, squirts it into his urethra. He says it dramatically increases the head and his sensitivity.

yes, I spoke to Dr Karpmann about this (he is 60 minutes away from where I live and is currently my attending urologist) and he has prescribed to me trimix gel. I squirt the gel into my urethra (no needle, just the syringe) and this does help my glans firmness. In fact, I do get an erection from this, but it is the rather soft and not very useful erection. This is similar to what I used to get with failing tri-mix injections at the end of my treatment trial (ie, trimix quit working, and since my erections were such crap , I needed to get implant)

So, yes, tri-mix gel helps my glans get erect -- your mileage will vary depending on how severe your erectile dysfunction is.
