Wow....that’s impressive!
Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.

Wow, very nice! Love the outside picture. You should have lots of fun with that. Some lucky guys will sure enjoy it, I know I would.

Re: Implant pics.
I'm really happy with it. And the doc did a great job with the incision. Healed clean in 17 days. My only worry is that one of my screen partners and/or a director is going to ask what that other lump in my scrotum is. I could say I was born with a third ball. Or I could tell the truth. Could be embarrassing if word got out, but it could also be pretty empowering/comforting for a lot of men like us. I've talked about this with my therapist and I know ED is nothing to be ashamed of in the sense, it's like anything else with our bodies, sometimes things don't work all together right and you have to fix them.

I feel for your dilemma, GayPornStud.
Most of us only have to deal with three questions like this: What do we tell ourselves; What do we tell our partners; What do we tell our friends/coworkers/etc.
You have another that most of the rest of us do not have. What do you tell your public? And the complication of your co-workers also being your sexual partners.

Re: Implant pics.
Initially, I don't think I'm going to tell anyone... and for the most part, I don't think anyone is going to ask on-set as long as you've got a great hard-on. The only time people start asking questions is when you aren't keeping it hard. But I do worry about a screen partner grabbed my balls and feeling the pump.
I had incentive anal sex for the first time last night with my partner. He is not accustomed to being on the bottom, so this may be an aberration, but I had a challenging time getting in there, even fully inflated.
I know implants are scaled or studied for use in anal sex, but I'm fairly sure quite a few of the straight men here, do enjoy anal sex. I'd be curious to know if any of you have found it more challenging with the implant?

I would think this would normally need a little bit of warm-up before insertion. Doesn't it? I know after inserting a large plug for a few tens of minutes, I'm a bit slack and I would imagine that would be common "foreplay" in that sort of situation. Excuse my hetero naivete.

Mortality rate of the person with the implant? Or the person on the receiving end of that erection? (As in, "Good God, you are going to kill me with that thing!")

I expect you already know this, but if you don't and certainly for the benefit of others reading here, I will state the (probably) obvious:
Lubrication is key.
I tried prostate massage with a sexual device with my girlfriend (mixed results so far, so not much to report, but many thanks to Stephen54, who has been very generous with much-appreciated advice) recently. The first time, it was challenging. The second time, we used, not more, but better placed, lubrication.
We used one of those syringes sold at pharmacies for dispensing liquid medicines into the mouths of infants or animals. Essentially a syringe without the needle. I placed a 4-inch 1/8" tube on the end of the syringe and inserted that fully into my anus, so the lubrication was distributed throughout the distal part of my colon. It made insertion and manipulation of the tool a LOT less uncomfortable than it was the first time we tried. Less mess, too.
