Did u squat or deadlift ?
Re: Weight lifting
For me, it was 5 weeks. I used the machine only because having that bar across the top of my back does not make sense to me any more. I eased my way back up to heavy (depending on your definition). Later on, with the latest revision, so have not done anything in the past 2 weeks.
BTW, it was with the malleable this time around.
For the 3 piece that was infected, it was maybe 6 weeks, but with that, I did not go heavy at all. Mostly just standing squats.

I have a 3 piece it's nearly 2 weeks and apart from the odd bit of testicle pain I feel great do u think I could do light stuff like push ups and chins on week 4 or should I just play it safe.
Re: Weight lifting
I would stay away from jostling of the balls. No burpees, no treadmills, no running, ellpitical machine, etc. No jumping in any way, shape or form, esp. after only 2 weeks! Stay away from the steam room.
*I think you should just walk.* 2 weeks is too soon. For me, I worked at the Pentagon, so walking was not an issue. I had to walk to get to the people on their computer issues. Push ups put too much strain on your implant, esp. the reservoir in your abdomen. You need more time to heal, like maybe 3 months to completely heal. If you are going stir crazy about working out, stretch at gym and use really light weights. If you decide to get on treadmill, do not go over 2.3 on speed.
I have gone through 2 revisions in 6 months. I have not worked out in over 2 weeks. I tried on shorts this AM. Told my buddy that its back to the robe because the slight pressure on the dick by the shorts was causing me discomfort. Feel much better right now.
Have you been activated yet? What did the Dr. say about working out? I would go with what he/she says. More than likely, it would be the same thing we have told you on here. 2 weeks is too soon. Good luck.

Re: Weight lifting
Mk2020mk I have not started deadlifts yet. I did just this week (week 6) start VERY light squats and lunges. Hesitant still to do any deadlifts just to be on the safe side. I speed walk, a lot, mostly on the treadmill doing steep incline intervals.

Hehehe...what he said^^^
Re: Weight lifting
I started doing upper body at 6 weeks, and moved to squats, etc., a couple of days later. My physician had told me to wait 6 weeks, but he later admitted he used a pretty conservative approach.
Married for 35 years, 63 years old, pretty fit. ED advanced in last 20 years. Pills worked initially, and shots were very effective for several years. Developed some PD (35 degrees) and VL within the last 2 years. Implanted 5/30/2018 with a Titan OTR.

Get a Compex EMS unit and use it until you're out of the woods.
