Is this normal?

Postby fnelson » Tue Mar 24, 2020 8:08 am

Good morning I had a coloplast titan touch installed Feb 24 2020. I had a lot of swelling and pain up until last week. Now I'm getting like stinging or needle like pain in the shaft of my penis especially if I pump it up and deflate it. Is that normal?

I'm 48 type 2 diabetic.

With my AMS 700 CX I get the stinging needle feeling when I have a fold or dog ear in the cylinder while it's deflated. Massage the fold out and it stops twinging.

If you can stand to touch your dick!
I had my surgery March 2nd. Its been 3 weeks, self luv is a delicate dance, not to mention showering and trying to clean your balls.
As guys, when we wake up, one of the 1st places we touch is our dicks and scratch ourselves. I still can't do that or, at least, not it a 'normal' way. I have to think about it, lol.
Also, with what was said by Waynetho, practice lots of patience :D !

I had Coloplast Titan Touch installed on 2/21. There are a LOT of sensations that I'm not used to. My wife and I were able to have intercourse on the 25th day after surgery, but it was far from comfortable and even less comfortable the following day. Every day it's a little bit better, but there are often dull aches and there is still swelling evident. I'm just now starting to feel optimistic about the choice to have the implant done. After reading a lot of the posts, I'm looking forward to the aches and pains going away, the Coloplast settling down and becoming more natural with time. I"m still struggling with deflation as it seems that I get a good deflation and then within 30 minutes it is semi-hard again. I'm hoping that gets better in time as well.

I think that is normal. I had that same stinging when i had mine. The first time i had sex it was really bad.
It did improve with time and right up to one year later i could still feel a slight sting. It will improve, you just got to be patient.

I had that needle feeling also while healing. I think it is normal. Could not stand to have anything touch it. My surgeon had me 80-90% pumped for 4 weeks to straighten my peyronies. It was not a fun time.
