4.5 months Post-Op, 28-Years-Old

Hi All!

Has been a while since I've logged on but thought I'd check back in again / have a walk through recent posts to see how everyone is doing.

It's been approx. 4.5 months now since I had my surgery; the doc said he managed to squeeze in a 19cm Titan which in his own words was more than he expected as patients are typically shorter in his experience. In terms of pains / bruising etc, all faded away not long after the surgery. I perhaps was a little tender under more... strenuous activities.. but all is fully healed now and well!

Sensation around the shaft is a little less and can feel odd though I expected that. The glans for its part is just as sensitive which was a mental relief though in recent weeks I have lost some (my own fault) but is slowly coming back. I'm not circumcised and the act of the surgery / it making me a shower has inadvertently reduced the amount of foreskin available for covering the glans. This has led to more rubbing than I expected (while wearing pants) and hence the reduction in sensitivity atm - though it is returning I think.

It took me longer to address than it should have though now am making excellent usage of swimming jammers - they are fantastic! Jammers provide more support that typical synthetic underwears an are strong enough to maintain position I put my penis into and importantly to keep the foreskin where I want it to be to protect the glans. It is by far the most useful trick I've picked up recently.

In terms of length... I didn't pay too much attention at the beginning because, frankly, I didn't want to know; I was just relieved to have had the surgery performed. That being said.. I think I reduced from around 6.2 inches to about 5-5.5 inches in length. I believe that girth was reduced too.

However, 4.5 months onward I can safely say that I am now 6.2 inches again or thereabouts which is terrific. I haven't performed cycling whatsoever either, I think it's just taken time to heal properly and to settle. In terms of girth I believe that I am still a little down though haven't measured yet. The glans doesn't appear to expand as much as it did before though sensitivity is more important to me. Rigidity is solid once fully pumped and I still achieve half-boners that when combined with pumps make for a great erection. Atm I'm experimenting with taking small doses of cialis etc to provided a boost though don't think is necessary anymore.

And most importantly... the SEX! I CAN HAVE SEX AGAIN AND I AM LOVING LIFE. I feel like an a-hole as am now dating multiple women but after dealing with this throughout my entire 20s I don't even care (yes, I know that is bad). I am going to be an asshole for another month or because I need to get this out of my system. I am dating, I am fucking, I am having the time of my life.

It's amazing the difference the implant has made and I cannot overstate that. I feel much more confident and I think it really shows because outwardly I am the same guy, yet I am having all the success with women hahahahaha

I can put up a pic / provide more information if anyone wants but beyond the above I wanted to say (and I sincerely mean this to each and every poster and contributor among you) that from the bottom of my heart I thank each and everyone of you.

If I hadn't found this forum.. who knows? I think the outcome would have been the same but not before more low points and more lost time. The stories amalgamated here gave me more strength than i realised, and importantly the confidence to take a leap of faith at my age.

Thank you all.

And rest assured that I will thank the fuck out of my doctor when I next see him at our follow-up. It's as though my life has suddenly seen the play button pressed again. I can't say that it will always be this way.. but I am more than content to for the first time in as long as I remember focus on being happy... and to relish it for what it is :)

I can now meet girls I like, I no longer have to push them away with no explanation, I have the opportunity to become close to someone again... and to finally follow through instead of having both my heart broken again and hers... I no longer have to be alone.

Kind Regards,

IHAVEaworkingdick :)

Well I'm an old married man, but I do look at women in a different light now that I can get up anytime I want.
Glad your surgery went well, and have fun using it. I'm jealous!

What are your partner's reactions to the implant?
Are you usually tell them?

WOW. So happy for you. I am 63 and think about all of the missed opportunities when I was young. Good for you. You did it!!!
