First attempt at sex after 3 years of E.D.treatment not good !

Had two rounds of xiaflex injections beginning in 2017 for peyroines (only made curvature and hourglass affect worse) implanted on 9/24/2018 surgeon could not complete insertion due to plaque, 2nd surgery 2/5/2019 still a mess not usable. I got 2nd opinion and 3rd surgery was completed 12/10/2019. SO i am 5 months post op the titan implant was used to try to give me some sort of usable penis. i am 4 1/2 bone pressed ,5 1/4 girth lost 1 1/2 length from peyroines and all the surgeries . First attempt at sex was not good the head of my penis is soft and not engorging making penetration difficult , second i had little to no sensation.My penis is still numb the length of my penis and down in to my scrotum (where the incision was ). My question is has anyone experienced this type of problems? and i have read where the use of Viagra has helped with engorgement and sensation.i read all the stories about guys back in the saddle and i guess i am envious . ANY help or suggestions are appreciated.

Hey wade... I am not sure what you can do for sensation, but there are a few things you can do to try to help out with length loss, depending how pro active you are. Traction and VED along with cycling your implant.

You can also try MUSE to help with glans engorgement. Some guys here say their doctor recommended it.

Making sure your partner is WELL-lubricated surely will help.

I hate to ask, but are your implant's tips fully seated in your glans? That is, how "floppy" is the head of your penis? If the implant's tips do not support the glans well, pulling back on your shaft might make the tip of your penis more streamlined and easier to insert.

The numbness will likely go away. In some men it doesn't, but the odds are in favor of it getting better over the next year or two according to what I have read.

Just is soft and sometimes cold ! I agree the lubrication could have been better and will be a priority on the next attempt, About the length. As much trouble as I have had just trying to get a useable penis I would be afraid of traction or ved.

I should have mentioned that her personal lubrication is best, especially as getting that going will make her vagina more open to easy penetration as well. Adding a little store-bought lube might help also, but natural is best if it is still present.

You probably already know this, so don't be insulted. Others may not know that the difference is AMAZING.

...and a little preparation if your partner needs help, my wife is on Premarin cream. Applied every other day to the inner thighs or other nearby skin helps to raise estrogen levels sufficiently to increase female libido and lubrication over a period of time. With my wife, regular Premarin applications helped her within about a month.

I lost a lot from peyronies too but used ved to gain it back before surgery. Manual stimulation helps revive feeling sometimes. You may want to stand on the edge of the bed and lean in for deeper penetration. Just don't give up you'll figure out the right combo.
