Used my 3 month old AMS implant

I used it today with a pro. Omg. Was maybe the best sex I’ve ever had. Came twice. She thought I was Superman. Reverse cowgirl! Haven’t done that since my thirties. Came one then got a massage. Turned over and said let’s go again. She was a sweaty mess. I loved it.
Implant March 2020. 64 years old. retired. Unable to get erect due to medication and diabetes. Received AMS 700 LGX , 5cm on right and 6cm left. 18x12 .Revision done in may 2020 because cylinder in right side fell out.

Oh yea Congrats. Ain’t it wonderful!
68 years old, Married 48 years. Prostate Cancer surgery 11 years ago. Tried Pills, VED, moved to injections (EdEx) for past 6 years. Implanted with AMS 700 LGX by Dr Hellstrom in New Orleans at Tulane Medical. 1/13/20

That first round after implant was one of my best too. Now I can last until she gets sore.

Which AMS implant did you get? LGX or CX?
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.
