6 month update

Just past my 6 month anniversary and wanted to provide an update. I've got a titan, than was done with pubic incision. Doc had me wait to cycle until week 4. As others have said, you have to take it slow getting back into the saddle. No issues now though. Wife and I had sex last night = it works just as advertised. I did lose substantial size and a little girth, but that was from the peyronies and previous incision/grafting surgery, so we knew what the expectations were there. Couple things I had to talk to doc about a few months after:

The pump makes noise. It started squeaking a little bit at about 8 weeks. Now, it's like strangling a duck. Wife can easily hear it too...can kind of ruin the mood if you care, but we don't. Doc says these are prone to make some noise, mine more so than most, but it otherwise is working perfectly.

It doesn't stay completely deflated. When completely deflated, I can bend it a little in the middle to tuck it a bit into my underwear. But it will inflate just a little bit = just enough to not want to easily bend, on it's own. This is a problem because I wear dress slacks to work and when I stand up from my desk it's pretty noticeable. I have to make some minor adjustments before walking around the office. Doc says when I sit I'm putting a little pressure on the reservoir and a little fluid is getting pushed into the cylinders. Titan cylinders are a little stiffer than others anyway and will loosen up a bit over time. If I lost the 10 lbs I'm carrying around I don't need that might help lol.

Given what I went through before implant surgery, these are minor issues to be sure. Another happy camper!

Are you sure it's auto-inflating. I have similar situation with my CX but I verified that the cylinders are not inflating but rather the tissues of the cavernosa are plumping up a bit after relaxing once they are no longer being compressed by the now deflated cylinders.

To test if you are auto-inflating, try to squeeze more saline out - you will hear the pump squeek again if it's auto-inflation. If the valve is tripping into inflate and then you're auto-inflating, you can verify this by pressing the deflate button and then trying to squeeze out any saline.

In my case, there's no additional saline in my implant but I plump up from a very loose "road-kill" floppy to a more firm, round and girthy normal looking penis after about 5-10 minutes after deflation.

Yep, I can squeeze out additional saline whenever this happens. It's a very little amount to be sure, but enough for the condition described. Not losing sleep over it. I too go through the road kill to mostly normal looking cycle

I'm just about to 6 months with a Titan. My pump makes a bubbling noise, not very loud, but it sounds like a kid blowing bubbles into a drink with a straw. Been finding after sex it doesn't always deflate fully, next day in shower I'll press the button and squeeze my penis. When I can feel the reservoir it's as empty as it gets.
