Should we have a thread moderated my admin, with pics posted by willing how they implant works and that may give more confidence to certain people like me. I am 43 and considering implant , been battling with ED For years, cialis works here and there. But very hesitant about the implant. Just food for thought !! Contacted dr. EIId recently though.

I can't imagine that pictures would help with the decision to get an implant. Most guys looking for an implant know very well what sex looks like, and implant sex is visually indistinguishable from non-implant sex.

I agree with dg_moore. Sex with the implant is completely indistinguisable, visually, as far as I can tell. However, it would have been educational for me to watch a video of the inflation process. I was able to find vanishingly few on the internet. Having said that, it would not have been a deciding factor. Not at all.

In addition, still pictures (of either activity) would not have been informative.

I think men are visual, they take comfort in looking at the pics and see it’s not that different. After all we are all watched porn at some point. This is strictly educational purpose and get a feeling how it feels like, not otherwise. For some men pics may be helpful.

Also, for people long time married and this can be little easier decision . But for people who are young and single they need lot of affirmation that this is not going to be different and ejaculations are not different. What’s better way that watching a video or pics ? Just my two cents
