Im considering implant surgery in future.
My biggest concern are glans after surgery,because my glans still swell like mushroom and i like it and dont want to lose it.So can you please tell me what is condition of your glans after surgery?Do glans still engorge when aroused? Did you notice any change in size of your glans or are they same size like preop?

If you have good glans engorgement now you should have it after implantation. What I have found though is that before my implant, my dick told me if I was aroused or not by the swelling but now I can be ready when I want to be but without being physically aroused. Just because my erection is on demand doesn't mean that my arousal is too. It takes a while to get aroused when I'm ready, so my glans usually isn't engorged right away until I work at it a bit.

My glans still gets firmer, larger just like it did before.

The implant only replaces the corpora cavernosum the glans uses the copra spinosum, similar tissue but different. I think of the caverosum as the main hydraulics and spinosum as the plump making part of my dick.

I maybe wrong in my analogy and what makes things work in my dick anatomy was never my best subject
