Implanted by Eid and disapointed of size

Im Reading in this Board for years and I really don’t wanna spread negativity but I thought I need to tell you. I got implanted 10 days ago and before the op I was 6,69 inches erect and more than that in VED. I always had problems to maintain an erection so I decided to get an implant. Now I got a coloplast titan 20 cm + 1cm RTE and my flaccid size is only 4,71 inches but I’m sure with 20+1 I will never reach my old 6,69 inches. What length can I expect with that? Please be realistic. I know it’s really early to judge size but how can he implanted me a 20+1 if I was 6,69 before? Just would like to hear some opinions.
Is there anybody in a similar situation and had 20+1 too?

Did you talk to Dr. Eid about your concerns?
I guess you are going through "WTF/regret" phase.
My advice: talk to Dr. Eid, and ensure that you are follow the cycling regimen at least twice a day.

Finding someone with a 20+1 won't help you in the least. On average, 7cm of that is in your body. Because of men not having the same internal dimensions. It is entirely possible that your cruse is only 6cm deep. Then it depends on you penis heads shape. All of these things determine your erection length. Btw, your length in the VED is fake. Forget about it.
I did some quick calculations. A 21cm implant, according to averages, does seem on the short side for 6.69". But not impossible. Follow the pumping instructions. Tell us what you measure in a year from now. Yes, it might take that long before you are all healed.
Oh, did Eid do a flacid stretch measurement? What was it?

With Dr. Eid, you should expect to be at the same size as you had immediately pre-op. It may take a few months. With me, it was immediate. I lost absolutely no size from my pre-op (one day) size to 6 weeks post-op size.

You losing 2.2 inches seems excessive. Is there more to the story? How extensively were you left inflated post-op. I believe Dr. Eid leaves his patients inflated aggresively and encourages cycling early to reduce problems with scar tissue formation.

Depending on the depth of your crus, it could be possible with 21cm. I have such a shallow crus that my implant literally is almost the same length as my dick. Keep in mind that there's about a quarter-inch of glans over the tips. I've got about 5.5" realistically which is 0.4" shorter than the implant length of 15cm (5.9"). Factor in the 0.25" of glans over the tips and that's 0.65" roughly for my implant rear tips. That's about right too because I can feel the hard plastic of the rear tips at my base. 0.65" is about enough to just to anchor the penis to the underside of the pubic bone. Not everyone has a crus that extends well past the pubic bone, although those that do typically have a higher angle on their erect penis. Mine hangs at about 4:00-4:30 when inflated and between 4:45-5:30 when deflated.

With your numbers of 21 cm, or 8.26", your 6.7" original length would still give 1.5" of rear tip in the implant below the base. That's more than double what I've got in my base.

He left me with 20% pumped length and I will get a full 100% pump next week. But at the moment I’m only 4,7 inch and from what I’ve read it will not change that much when inflated...

Dr. Eid has a very strict protocol
1: he injects you to measure that length
2: he does a stretch test to determine what your outcome will be
3: he has you start cycling on day three
4: if you lose any length it will come back in time

20%. That would explain the 2 inch shortening. Dr. Eid wrote to me once that the Coloplast wrinkles up with "accordian-like" folds. When those folds unfold, you should be pleased. Be patient in the meantime.

I believe (according to what I have read and think you must have read the same things) that the Coloplast implant does not expand in length. That might drive you to the conclusion that your uninflated implant (thus, your penis) will not lengthen from flaccid to erect. That does not take into account the folding/unfolding of wrinkles in the implant.
