I do not want to make you panic, but it is time to get to the emergency. Better safe than sorry.

Can antibiotics sometimes ward off the infection so that a mandatory revision won’t happen?
Implanted by Dr. Hakky on August 6th, 2018 Coloplast 22 cm. Genesis pump failure 8/17/19. Revision 9/10/2019. Genesis pump failed 2/27/2020 while having sex. Second revision scheduled 4/7/2020 with new Titan One Touch pump instead of Genesis

Once it's there, you really have no choice. bacteria can hide in cracks/crevices on the devices that antibiotics won't be able to get to and you'd never be able to eradicate it. This is always a big gamble, and it seems especially with Titan products since they aren't covalently bonded with antibiotics like the AMS products, they are only dipped in antibiotic solution prior to implantation which just doesn't stick around long enough like the antibiotic on the AMS bonded devices. I've been seeing enough of these cases of Titan infections lately that I can't see ever wanting to get one, if I had to have a revision.
50 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.
