Erect. I had a full 90 degree peyoines situation pre op. Now I have what you see. I measure 5 7/8" so far but not sure what side of penis is best to press against bone. I do not have a issue with slight bend. I have had one all my life. Should I try to straigten it?

Flaccid, Definitely not soft like pre op flaccid. Cannot seem to get all the fluid out of it.

One more erect. I only have pain in my glands after about 10 min fully pumped.

You may have to hold in the "deflate" and squeeze out the fluid several times ... which brand do you have? (Titan / AMS)
I have the same issue sometimes ... seems like the fluid drains from the back to the front of the penis ... I wait a few and hold in the deflate button (AMS) and squeeze. You should be able to feel the fluid returning ...

AMS LGX 700. I will try squeezing more with deflate button. It has to get a little more flaccid or I might look happy all the time.
Re: 4 weeks post op pics
Matthew, how long before your swelling was completely gone? I'm 2 1/2 weeks post and still have some swelling in scrotum and all around my penis. When I sit, it swells more. No pain though.
Age 61.
Re: 4 weeks post op pics
I did not have alot of swelling except some in scrotum. I understand it is different with each person. Ibuprofen, ice and take it easy. It was 4 weeks yesterday. I really feel good except small discomfort in scrotum sometimes. Give it a couple more weeks and you hopefully any swelling will be behind you. Keep us posted.
