Gym and the implant
I have read about this subject a fair bit and I am aware that most people opinions are that no physical activity is impeded with an implant once you have recovered from surgery. However, I have also seen people say they no longer train lower body or abs in the gym. As someone who goes 4/5 times a week and trains every body part I was a bit concerned about this. Any regular gym goers opinions here would be welcome. Have you adjusted your workout plan or just continued as before pre implant ?
Mid 20’s. Titan 22 cm + 1.5cm RTE. All good so far.

Check with your doc but once i healed i have no limitations. I lift heavy weights. Sit ups, crunches and squats. I dont run like i did but thats due to my hip. I do walk a brisk 4 miles a few times a week !

Had my implant in January of 2020. Love it and sex is awesome. I do about anything I want to do BUT I always am protective of my crotch! I ride a bike 15 miles a day no problem. I try to always pay special attention to that area for anything that I do that bothers me. So far no problems. Wish I had gotten it years ago!

This was one of the biggest concerns for me when I first started researching, and as far as I could tell, people do fine. I also asked my doc (specifically calling out deadlifts and other powerlifting) and he said he didn't have any concerns. Not sure what sort of lifting you're talking about though. Since I think implants make you stick out a bit more, you might want to be careful with cleans as the bar whips past your crotch.
Haven't had anyone answer definitively about "heavy" weights...If anyone who is reading this does squats/deadlifts/bench in the 200-400lb range, got any experience to share?

Re: Gym and the implant
I absolutely continue to do intensive workouts that include the lower body -- squats, lunges, and straight leg deadlifts to be specific. I had my implant about 2 years ago and my physician had told me that I could return to the gym but urged me to wait 6 weeks. I waited about 7, and started light. It all came back pretty quickly.
I am 65 years old and was implanted just over a couple of years ago. I used to do amateur competitive bodybuilding when I was in my 50's. The only difference now is a positive one -- I have assembled some heavy duty equipment in my garage due to the pandemic. No more public gyms for me, but the workouts are as good or better.

Re: Gym and the implant
I am 6 weeks out and feel absolutely nothing in terms of groin pain from the reservoir. Part of me is cautious with doing heavy squats and holding breath/bearing down too hard as I don't want to accidentally push the reservoir out and into my scrotum, have seen a case on here where that happened to someone, but I think the chances are pretty slim of that happening. It definitely for me doesn't interfere with crunches and such, and I go to the gym and lift heavy like 4 or 5 days a week.

Re: Gym and the implant
I like to have the gym and do a whole range of workouts to keep my body normal. When I was younger, I have participated in kickboxing and have trained a lot. I enjoyed it and still love sports. I was in good physical condition then and tried to maintain it all my life. So, after the surgery I returned to this and everything seems to be fine. I don't feel any discomfort or anything else. I have consulted a doctor, train in the gym, and even found among sarms for sale those that can be safe for me. The wish to be as strong as before remained. Therefore, I sincerely don’t understand why some people are embarrassed to train as before pre implant. Life doesn't end there. Maybe they are overthinking it?

Re: Gym and the implant
Can confirm gym is fine for me since implant.
Libido is a separate issue but yeah it’s been helped by having on demand erections.
As for tell / not tell dilemma - as other guys have said on the site there is always a chance the person your sleeping with will feel your pump - however it’s also possible that you could sleep with someone and they wouldn’t. Personally I think it’s easier to just say what the pump is but that’s down to personal preference - most answers on this site reflect this.
