11yeard old through 18 years old:
I was in the closet. I would masturbate looking at gay porn but realized that gay porn actors were disproportionate compared to the average so I didn't make a big deal out of it.
18 yeard old to 25 years old:
I became sexually active. At this point, I was hooking up with several partners a week. I realized something was wrong when I realized that something was wrong with my penis. I was not a size queen so I hooked up with guys of all sizes and the one thing they had in common is that they were able to penetrate me. I boxed myself in the role of the 'bottom' because it was the easy route and as a good looking athletic twink allowed me to enjoy a good sex life despite my penis.
25 years old:
As I grew older, the pool of men interested in me included younger bottoms. I had an urge to top and a dominant side that I could not explore because I was unable to have an erection. I learned to play with these boys in other ways and, more importantly, learned that sex is way more than a dick going into a hole and that pleasure and attraction is more complex than we think it.
25 years old (a bit later):
I decide I want to top. I take all the steps and go to different urologists. They all tell me the same thing "It's in your head" "Tale Viagra or Cialis and it will solve your problem" " "At your age, I wouldn't do a doppler because it is too invasive and it's unlikely you have physiological causes to your ED." I start reading up and find information about ED solutions and run into Dr. Eid' page. He's out of network for my insurance. I disappointedly stop searching for solutions.
28 years old:
I get laid off from my job because of coronavirus. I get hired on a new job. My new health insurance has Dr. Eid in-network and my policy includes the inflatable implant. I schedule my first online meeting with Dr, Eid on July 3rd. I get scheduled to have a penis doppler the following week. Dr. Eid does a doppler and says my blood inflow is great but that there's a venous leak taking the blood away. He says I'm a candidate for the implant and refers me to a cardiologist. I see the cardiologist a week late and then the anesthesiologist studies my results and approves me for surgery. My surgery is scheduled for September 4th.
Pre-Surgery:
Let's remember: I already had a virtual meeting, in-person doppler, cardiologist appt, and anesthesiologist approval. It's been less than 2 months since I start the process. My surgery is scheduled for September 4th so I am asked to come to the office for a pre-opp meeting. There, they make an ultrasound of my bladder and nurse Sylvia and Dr. Eid explain the procedure in detail to me. I also receive instructions for pre-op and post-op in paper, as well as a replica of the inflate/deflate valve to get familiarized with it. They also send you a list of recipe and over the counter medications you should have prepared before your surgery date. They also ask you to get a COVID test 3-5 days before the surgery and send you off with a document saying you need your results STATS and a list of places to get it done.
Surgery week:
During the days before my surgery, Dr. Eid's office was in touch with me frequently to make sure I was aware and following all instructions, such as taking antibiotics and washing my genital area with the special soap they prescribed. They also informed me of my surgery date and time.
Surgery Day:
I was the first patient scheduled and arrived around 5:15am. They checked me in quickly and put me in a cubicle. A very sweet nurse came to explain to me what was going to happen and administered antibiotics through an IV. Later on Dr. Eid showed up and once again went through what the surgery would be like. After Dr. Eid the anesthesiologist came in and told me I'd have spinal anesthesia and he would make me drowsy but that I'd be somewhat aware. I agreed to this instead of general anesthesia, which has more possible issues and takes longer to wear off.
Surgery:
I was brought up to the Operating Room and everyone seemed happy and in a good mood. Dr. Eid asked about what music I liked. Then the anesthesiologist did the spinal anesthia (which barely felt like a pinch) and I was laid down. The surgery itself felt like 10 minutes and there was music and everyone seemed top be having a blast so I was happy to not be put totally under. Later I learned the surgery was almost 90 minutes, which really surprised me. I spent about 3 hours in the recovery room, mostly because my blood pressure was high and the nurses were making sure it came down to normal levels. Dr. Eid spoke to my boyfriend in the waiting area and said the opeartion had been beautiful but to expect a lot of pain.
Post-Surgery Day:
I had no pain at all in the recovery room nor on my way back home. I had a catheter in that I was told to remove on the third day after surgery. As the pills wore out I started to feel the pain but the percocet was great at keeping it manageable.
Days 1 and 2 after Surgery:
Stayed all day in bed. Took the stool softeners prescribed but didn't have a stool movement at all. The catheter bag they gave me was a bit too small for draining overnight but thankfully my boyfriend helped me with this. The pain would get REALLY strong overnight and wake me up around 5am but pills quickly brought it down.
Day 3 after surgery:
I removed the bandages. I also removed the catheter as directed. At the end of the catheter, A LOT of blood came out with a lot with membranous tissue. I called the doctor to ask if that was normal and he said it was. My penis was swollen and weird-shaped but I didn't care too much. There was a lot of pain from where my valve was placed.
This is controversial depending on what doctor you use but Eid directs you to activate the implant AS SOON as possible, which means feeling both the inflate and the defalte buttons. I was able to do both so I fist activated my implant on day 3. OMG my penis was so much thicker and bigger and harder than I ever imagined it could be. It started hurting after a few minutes so I defflated.
Day 4 and beyond:
I have been taking 2-3 warm baths a days and cycling daily. Every day I get to pump up a little more, which means I get a little harder/thicker/bigger but it also starts hurting after about 10 minutes and even after I deflate, my penis is very sore for at least an hour so I take medication.
Tomorrow I have an appt to remove sutures.
Concern: Even at its most deflated, my penis still seems to be semi-hard. Will the cylinders eventually soften so I don't have to hide a boner all the time?
*EDIT* My flaccid penis looks a lot more natural now and Dr. Eid said I should expect it to get even better in the next two months.
Fun Fact: My natural engorgement reflexes are still there. When I get turned on my glans get bigger, the skin around my cylinders gets bigger and I feel all the same feel from before the surgery. It's basically the 'boner' I had when I had ED.
I'm so satisfied and happy with my implant. If you are young and in the position to get one, don't hesitate. Enjoy the sexual prime of your life.
If you want more info, DM me.
Best,
Leo

If I remember correctly his two top were infection and installing the right size implant. I also liked that he prefers to use the titan implant.
Hope it works for you! This is one of the best decisions I've made in my life. A curious thing he mentioned to me is that he had to put a cylinder that was 1/3 of a centimeter longer than the other because of my anatomy so that the erect penis looked symmetric. This showed his attention to detail because 1/3 of a centimeter is not that great when you think about it but it is when it comes to your dick.

Re: My Journal With Dr. Eid (28 yo Gay)
I'm right there with you on the titan flaccid...this was me a week after surgery: Deflating Week 1
It has gotten a good bit softer in only two weeks, to the point where I can (still uncomfortably) fit into pants without looking like a complete pervert. I fold either up toward my belly button or to either side, and I try to switch it up to keep things limber. We will see how long it takes to get more manageable!
Best wishes, and congrats on the implant!

3-week Update:
I had my sutures removed by Dr. Eid last week. My flaccid penis looks way more natural and you can't really see the surgical scar. I no longer have any edema and minimal pain when flaccid. It still hurts a lot when I pump it at 100% but I do it every day for at least 15 minutes. It seems like I can pump a bit more every time.
Dr. Eid said I am cleared for sex in one week.
Healing pretty fast

So happy to hear this is working out for you! just clearing up one thing from a prior comment… There’s absolutely nothing wrong with looking like a pervert LOL! you really lucked out in seeing Dr. Eid… Are you a New Yorker? I was going to stay at my grandparents house in Washington Heights but, my insurance didn’t want to cover the entire thing and I didn’t need my grandmother calling everyone she knows telling them about her grand sons fake penis LOL… I hope everything continues to go this swimmingly for you! Be well!

Yes, I'm lucky to live in NYC and even luckier to have insurance that covered the entire thing.

Re: My Journal With Dr. Eid (28 yo Gay)
Update 22 days after surgery:
-No edema or scarring.
-I take daily walks but I'm still not able to walk for more than 20 minutes without starting to feel sore down there. It gets better every day, tho.
-I cycle daily to 100%. I started with 5 minutes and now I'm up to 30min. It is still painful enough to not have arousal at 100% (my glans wont engorge) but I can get it to around 70% and have a full amazing erection. I usually cycle to 100% in the morning to get it over with and at night masturbate at 70%.
-The orgasms feel better than before the surgery.
-My penis is very slightly longer than it was before and appreciatively thicker. My ED was very extreme, so I guess that's why I see these gains. I know a lot of men report shortening but that's not my case.
