The first week is kind of sore and black and blue use a lot of ice. as for your penis flaccid state if you are like I was I was a grower not a shower but now I'm a shower and that will be your new norm.

I had my AMS 700 implant in January 2020. I had no pain what so ever! I had some oozing of blood and had a drain for just the weekend. Some swelling for a couple weeks. Used ice religiously for several days. My doctor did not mention using ice but being married to a nurse for many years ice was common sense. I used a heavy cloth between my ice and my penis. It helped me considerably! I had to wait six weeks before doctor cleared me for sex. I also did not even try to wear underwear for weeks. I am retired so running around home with my cock out was no big deal. I kind of enjoyed myself! Lol I just had lots of swelling but luckily no pain. Always happy to talk about my success and even show and tell. Going on 6.5 years of bliss again. In Mesa, AZ area.
80 in Arizona with AMS 700 implant in April of 2014 Dr. Wayne Kuang of Alb, NM. (my hero) Tried Pills, Vacuum Pump and no way was I going to stick a needle in my penis. One happy camper now.

Did my first face to face show and tell. It went very well. I hope he got what he needed to know. We had a great visit.

Yes he is interested in getting an implant and the Dr Hospital is very close to him.
