I was a grower before implant. Now I am a shower. Flacid penis is bigger than before surgery. Initially after surgery my erect penis was the same length as before surgery. Now 10 months after surgery I have gained 1 cm in length.

Sure! Titan "flaccid" is sure something else. And yes, I'm sure it's fully deflated, I can feel the flat tubes if I squeeze.

At one year out my flaccid state has continued to get larger. Tucking it away in jeans took some getting used to, and took me a long time before I could tolerate jeans all day. I assume once the cylinders get used enough they maintain that expanded size. At first I could squeeze so much saline out my penis looked flat and was more flaccid. Now no matter how much saline I squeeze out the cylinders remain fairly large. Sorry, no photo.

It's already way better than it was in the first few weeks...Here's one of my first times deflating: Deflating Week 1

Currently, I tuck it up and to the side when I'm wearing jeans, keeping it in moderately tight briefs or boxer briefs. It's not hugely obvious unless you're looking for it, but if you are it's pretty easy to see the outline.

Going to be a while until I can go to public pools or gyms, lol...Supposed to start having more hang throughout the first year or so, but it never gets any shorter while flaccid. You're basically permanently at nearly your full length.

There is maybe a slight change in length when it's erect, but it's still mostly the same length either way. It's pretty close to my original size when inflated. Inflating and deflating is so much easier as the weeks go on too.
