1.If you had good condition of your glans before implant,what is your condition of glans after implant(size,engorgement,feeling)?
2.Are you constantly aware of your implant in your body during your everyday life ?
3.Does your implant have impact on your everyday life and activities (are there any activities you cant do with your implant for example sleeping on your belly,riding motorcycle...)?
4.Is your penis always sore and cold after implant or is that only in early stage of recovery?
5.Is feeling/sensation preety much same or very much diffrent?
6.How much time needed to pass for you to be comfortable with your new penis?
Meaning, how much time your body needed to adopt on your new "natural"?
7.When are u inside your partner,does your dick feel any different for her?

1. My glans are no different now that before
2. Yes my implant does make me more aware of it, but not all the time
3. It took me some time to be able to sleep on my stomach. That was my former way of sleeping, but that was in a waterbed. At 8 months post surgery we bought a memory foam bed. Took me a couple weeks to adjust.
4. Never had a cold penis, but lots of soreness for a few months. (I heal slowly, lots of medicines do squat for me)
5. Now that I'm fully healed the sensations in my penis are very much like before.
6. Again, I am slow healing and my body rejects a lot of meds. It was 5 months before I was comfortable with my implant. Anti-biotics are the worst for me, my penis felt sunburned for 3-4 months as the implant is impregnated with anti-biotic.
7. Yes I have to say the wife noticed my length shortage right away. I lost maybe 1" to 1 1/2" because I didn't know what questions to ask surgeon. I did not find Frank Talk until 5 months after my surgery. IF I had to do it all over FT has all the info needed to ask informed questions.

1. My glans are a bit smaller and if I am just inflating are colder. But as am arroused they become warmer and larger just not as large as in my healthy days but most of my body is not the same as in my youth healthy days.

2. Yes. I was a grower and before implant I was so small it was difficult to find it to pee. Now I have a 4" flacid and it feels great all the time.

3. I have always slept on my stomach even post surgery. I do not ride motorcycle's or bicycles anymore so that is not an issue. I do off road travel and can still bounce around all day for a week to 10 days with no problem. I can dod everything I was doing before surgery. More if you count the things I can and did do with my implant.

4. The only time anything is cold for me is the glans when I start an inflaction as posted above. No coldness anywhere else anytime. I have not had any pain in my glans or shaft for a long time.

5. I was slow to ejaculate before and more so afterwards. But over time sensitivity has returned and I am back to pre implant.

6. This depends from doctor to doctor and patient to patient. There is no magic number. We are all different so this depends a large part on you and your surgeon. I made a promise to myself not to judge the outcome until a year after surgery. I had size loss and while infection can happen anytime it is least likely to happen past one year. I was dating and having sex before I was comfortable with mine. I am comfortable in my flacid state and was so at about 6 mounths.

7. Don't know. I have not had sex with a women with both. No complaints from the women I have had sex with since surgery.
