Pointing the inflated penis up

Postby October26 » Sat Oct 31, 2020 11:55 pm

I am trying to find an answer to the question of just how to keep the penis pointed towards the belly button, while partially inflated, in the first two to three weeks? It wants to stick straight out at 3 O’Clock. I have a scrotoplasty scar that is long and dry sensitive and I am at day five. I can put a sock on it and wear a jock, but then I get an uncomfortable dog ear in the 23.5 cm Titan. I have been wearing the jock when people are around and letting it hang free when alone. I sleep nude. Any advice? How important is it to get it pointed straight up at day five? Right now it is measuring around six inches. I know the Titan gets dog ears, so should I just for it up and try to endure the dog ear? Thanks! (Edit: also, is it okay to continue sleeping nude or should I wear something that points the penis up—at least for these first few weeks?)

I normally wear boxer briefs but at night I’ll wear straight up boxers one size too small - pull them up as high as needed and lay your Dick on your stomach pointing towards your belly button

At first it takes some time - might even be a week before you can do it comfortably. Once you can get it to the point of laying flat , I use the smaller boxer/waistband as a place holder just below the head- I keep it up for 2 hours a day or at least try too - I’ll do it at night watching tv or laying in bed doing the same-

Eventually the dog ear buckle thing will start to fade if you do this -
What I did was add an extra pump or two every couple of days

I think they will always be there but not to the level they currently are !

I’m on my 4th surgery related to an implant -
Initially in 2016 I actually broke it. It’s taken a lot of time and surgeries to get it to what it is today. Keeping it up is super important.

Best of luck to you !!!

Thanks for the advice. The crazy thing is that my main source of exercise is swimming laps at my health club once or twice per day and always in a low cut swim brief/Speedo! I am not sure how that is going to work. I do have a couple of suits that don’t have the usual narrow sides, so I can just bend the penis to the side—in time. It doesn’t take long to get in the water— not walking around. Also, I have always worn low cut bikini underwear too.

Anyway, the challenge today is being more active around the house and not damaging either the implant or the skin of the penis with a fold. Thanks!

For me, the Speedo‘s would be A no go! It would be way too much pressure for me

The flaccid version you have come to know over the years is probably gone now- it is for me with a Titan ...... definitely definitely become a “shower” - and it’s super hard ( for me anyway ) to wear tighter briefs

Actually I switched over to something called separtec for underwear - best I could find for the updated parts

I was implanted on 10/13 with a titan. I tried to keep it pointed up as told. The first week I slept with snug boxer briefs but was very uncomfortable and got little sleep. I gave up and started sleep nude as I normally do. I slept much better just letting it point out. What seemed so uncomfortable was the downward pressure the jockstrap or briefs put on my penis.

Buckster- search the web for Sepratec underwear

2 pouch system - you have total control of how you handle the pressure against the head.

I had to buy the next size up jock strap. The one from the hospital was making the tip of the implant push against the outer edge of my penis. I could visually see and feel it as well as bruising.

In the AMS instructions it says to tape the penis against the abdomen pointing up. The hospital didn't use tape, just the jockstrap.

And I was told not to do anything strenuous for 6 weeks. Including not working out or riding my motorcycle. I would guess that swimming should be avoided, especially if you still have stitches.

You can always use duct tape, it sticks pretty good too the skin. Lol. :D

On the plus side, if you're a side-sleeper and sleep nude, you won't roll out of bed!

Thanks for all the suggestions. I am going to see if I can use medical tape today to get pointed up to the waistband. This is day six. I also had a scrotoplasty and the scar runs up the scrotum up the penis. See picture. I am surprised by the size of the Titan flaccid which is almost six inches. Pointed up, none of my low cut underwear or jocks work. I am wearing a swim jammer now and that might be stretching that scar a little so that might be of some help. Fortunately, the pump in the scrotum does not bother and the swelling is gone. I have a little swelling on the lower abdomen. I am wearing a swim jammer today and every so often pulling the jammer down under a blanket while watching TV—giving it a rest, then back to pointing up.

Can I injure the tubes inside the penis with this fold or bend that is created in the implanted penis? Thanks!

Also, how long is the doctor going to want the penis pointed straight up? At some point I am going to want to go back to my regular low cut underwear.
