Bionic community,
I little about me, In my good days i was closer to 6", about 4 years ago i started noticing i was getting some ED and started taking Viagra and Cialis, about a year a go i notice a curve in the shaft, the curve got more noticeable. Because of Covid, getting to see a DR. took to long time. Started doing traction but could not do much because of the foreskin, after talking with my DR. he said we can start with Xiaflex and see how it goes. i said sure, an since it was not easy getting stretch with devices we agreed to get the circumcision (Aug 2020). Then i found out after 3 months of waiting Xiaflex would not be cover by my insurance and it would be $3000 a shot. I lost trust on that urologist, he was not a high volume of penile implants and did do any work with Peyronies surgeries.
I was so frustrated that i decided to look for good Urologist and found Dr. Karpman, after talking with him by phone i felt I was in good hands, a specialist in the field and a great person. Lucky i saved some money and took is out pocket package to solve my problem since my insurance would not cover out of network DR or Hospitals. Everything when well. In Oct 2020 he install a Titan 20 cm +1.5 RTE and did remove the plaque with graft incision. My dimensions were 10cm prox and 11cm Distal. So even at 11 cm. I trust he did everything right.
Currently I am struggling with my length, it has not changed since implanted, i am still very swollen on the shaft, sack is getting better, my flaccid length 3.75" and erect 4". and my girt is very big 6"1/2
Will be seeing Dr Karpman this week, i did talk with him 2 weeks ago and he keeps telling me not to worried, it will get bigger. its swollen, keep cycling 2 times a day and things will get better.
I read a lot of stories of people with the AMS LXG getting longer with cycling. And I see a lot a guys with Titan implants getting great results not loosing length.
Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, started small 4" and got great results with a Titan or CX implant. How long it took and what did you do to improved your length.
thanks again.
6 weeks after TITAN Implant with graft incision, can you share your experience
Re: 6 weeks after TITAN Implant with graft incision, can you share your experience
Nice post... following it with much interest. So you were 6" in lenght before the surgery, and now 4", right? I've heard about many people here who managed to lose like 1 or even 2 inches just after being implanted because of the inflammation response to the surgery, but then, after a while, they get back everything. I hope you're one of those cases!
2 questions:
1) You said that you have great girth, about 6,5" . What was your girth BEFORE the implant?
2) Did your glans engorge before the implant? And does it engorge now?
THANKS!

to your questions.
Girth before? i never measure it, was always comfortable with it, now with the titan and inflammation is very big
Yes it did engorge, glans is very sensitive,i am sure it will. Ihave not done much because of the swelling, just taking it easy, cycling 2 times a day in a hot bath for one hour.

Hello Fixtdix
Surgery was on oct 27, 2020
You had graft surgery first with Dr. Yafy, how long did you take to feel normal after the graft? Did you lost length then gain it back?
Read your post on the implant. You got great results.

Yes after my graft it took about 3 months to get back length. Nerves need to regrow, the graft site needs to fully heal, blood vessels need to regrow. Was numb for a good 5 months, but it all returned to normal.

Thank you Fixtdix for your info, it's really helpull, it's not the same installing an implant against Implant +graft.
I read a lot of people get heal real fast and see results in 6 weeks, i am learning that getting the graft is going to be much slower.
That is what I am expecting 3-6 months or even more for recovery and getting length back.
And yes I feel all those symptoms, Dr karpman mention it will take time.
Need to have patience.
Thank again
