Hard sex with an implant + None or little glans engorgement

Hello guys. If i will undergo the implant surgery, the surgeon will probably put me graft (because of Peyronies).
I don't know why, but with grafting or without, i'm really scared and i feel that i will lose my glans engorgement (hope i'm wrong).

So my question is..

Is it possible to make hard sex (rough vaginal/anal penetration) with little or no glans engorgement? Some people here was talking about pain, but i don't know if they just crashed against women leg or something like that, or if without glans engorgement it is always painful to make "hard sex".

I answered a similar question (maybe yours) in another thread a few weeks back. I had one occasion several months back to initiate receptive penetrative anal sex with a partner who was admittedly out of practice when we got together. After shooting a bit of lube in my partner's ass and putting a liberal amount on my dick, my first attempt did not go in so I dilated the ass with several fingers, starting at one and going up to three over a few seconds time. By the third finger I felt the ass muscles starting to loosen enough so I attempted penetration again and slipped right in. This was with minimal glans engorgement because even when *I* am ready for sex (pretty much 24 hrs a day), my arousal level isn't always high enough to engorge my glans adequately. The key to proper engorgement is arousal and when I can flip an erection on at the squeeze of a bulb, sometimes I'm not aroused enough at the time I want to engage in sex.

I can't say that I have penetrated without at least having a wet pussy or prepped ass to penetrate. That being said, I have penetrated a vagina that was less that ready with nothing more than a little spit. With my ass fuck, we both had lube involved - a small amount in a lube-shooter syringe up the ass and a little on my dick was all it took.

I can't say that I have penetrated without at least having a wet pussy or prepped ass to penetrate. My glans has very minimal engorgement. Practically none. Vaginal and anal both for us have literally been no problem. No pain, no mild discomfort, unless I am max inflated for a very long time. I've stayed inflated and we've had sex off and on for 1.5 - 2.0 hours with no discomfort. Yes...we have very physical, very assertive hard sex. Not every time. But almost every week. I think the variable here is mostly the surgeon's placement of the prosthesis' tips into your glans. My understanding from my surgeon was that you absolutely need the tips to extend partially into the glans (or you get the dreaded floppy glans); but you also cannot place the tips too far into the glans or else you may have the pain you're probably referring to and even possible erosion or damage to tissue.

Furthermore, you're just 8 weeks from the surgery, so i guess it is still common to have such slight pain sensations.. am i right?
