First orgasm post-op was...weird

Postby hopefuluser » Fri Dec 11, 2020 10:42 pm

OK so I’ve been post op for 2.5 weeks and they said I could masturbate (no sex) while I was deflated. So I just had my first orgasm and it was odd. I say odd because there was no sensation/pleasure. I’m sure almost all of this is due to the extensive numbness around my shaft from the surgery (only my glans has sensation) but I was really surprised how that tactile numbness muted the orgasm sensation/experience itself.

Anyone else notice this when they were dealing with post-op numbness? Boy do I hope it comes back when my sensitivity comes back (they say that could be at least another month).

Thanks

Yes that is normal. It takes couple of weeks for numbness in the shaft to subside. Surgeons use lots of numbing to minimize post operative pain.
With my virgin implant it took me about 6 weeks to start feeling sensation again.

Still waiting after more than 7 months. Have any of you guys gone this long or longer without much sensitivity and extreme difficulty with orgasm/ejaculation but didn't have this problem prior to IPP surgery? For those of you who have/had a similar issue, did sensitivity eventually return? After how long post-op?

I was losing significant amount of sensation prior to implant. I attribute that to Finastride, but just my guess. I lost more sensation after inplant and now cannot tell which led to complete numbness which persists. I cannot orgasm through penetration, just by hard manual stimulation and then only 10% of the time.
As for orgasm pre vs post implant, my orgasm post is not as intense, but lasts longer. The "area under the curve" is similar.

As a much older dude, I had numbness where the incision was that slowly left after 14 months. I am slow to orgasm but can 90 percent with intercourse. When I do they are usually mind blowing. I have no prostate so no cum, damn it!
