Others have said good things, especially good things to keep your spirit up.
And yes, 3 weeks is nothing. You have no clue yet as to what implanted life will be really.
You haven't even inflated yet, so you don't know.

Let me do some maths for you.
You say your dick was 7.5", which is 19 cm.
First, I have to assume this is what your size was the day before surgery. If that was some old pre-ED-shrinking size, then it's irrelevant.
But assuming that was your true size the day before surgery, then here are the numbers.

Your dick is (was) 19 cm.
Your implant is 21 cm.
Normally, what you are looking for is an implant which reaches roughly 1-2 cm from your penis tip. Let's say 2 cm.
That means you need 19-2 cm in your dick = 17 cm.
First of all, that only leaves 19-17=2 cm inside you. You might be an outlier, but that is an unusually shallow crus. Could be the way you are though.
Secondly, your implant is 18 cm + 3 cm RTE. Your 18 cm implant has 13 cm inflatable part, the rest, 5 cm, is fixed.
A part of that fixed part is in the front tips, let's say 1 cm.
That leaves 4 cm fixed part at the rear end, right next to the RTEs.
So you will have 3+4 cm = 7 cm fixed part in the rear end.
But your implant only goes 2 cm into your body, according to calc above.
So you will have 7-2 = 5 cm fixed part in your dick..?
That can't be right.

Assuming you have no fixed part in your dick, you will have 7 cm in your crus.
That leaves 21-7=14 cm in your dick.
If your dick truly is 19 cm, your tips will stop 19-14=5 cm from your penis tip.
Normally, that is a problem. Will give you floppy head and maybe atrophy.

But - and this is your big but - you do have an LGX.
It can expand 20% according to AMS, but rather 15-17% according to studies I have seen.
Let's say it can expand 17%, that is 17%*18 cm = 3 cm.
That would cut away 3 cm of 5 cm the implant would miss to reach your penis tip.
You would be left with your implant tips reaching 5-3=2 cm from your tip.
Which is exactly what you want.

So perhaps you will be all good.
You will know once you start cycling.
Hopefully your implant will expand in length when you inflate and the tips will find their way right up to the center of your glans.

So, to move on from the maths, I would say like C_lab: Don't expect things to be like before ED.
I am sure your pre-surgery condition was shit, otherwise you wouldn't have been implanted.
The dick you had before ED is long gone.
Your options were implant or the crap-dick you had before surgery.
Nobody ever said (well maybe some idiot did) that an implant is better than a perfectly functioning natural dick.
What we all say though is that it is better than an ED crap dick.
Most of us also think it is better than pills, vacuum pumps, injections etc, especially when those things don't have a 100% reliability.
An implant has a 100% reliability.
Every time in your life from a few weeks on when you want to have a hard dick, you can have one. It is a minute of pumping away.
Keep your bench mark right (your crap ED dick) and compare your implanted dick to that benchmark.
Nothing else.

You are young and you will probably end up in a few awkward situations in your life because of the implant.
But I am pretty sure that those awkward situations will be nothing compared to the misery of failing over and over again in sexual contacts with your natural ED dick.
Just stay strong, be confident about your implant.
I wouldn't be hanging up a sign in my bedroom and print in my forehead that I have an implant.
I would just take it as it comes. Casual sexual encounter, just get on with it.
Try to pump up discretely if you can, but not acting like a weirdo to get away with it.
You will learn how to deal with it, and most times I think you will get away without anyone noticing.
As for a steady girlfriend, which I understand you have, you will have to tell her of course.
But instead of feeling sorry for yourself having to pump your dick up, turn the implant to your advantage.
Forget, or ignore, the downsides.
Focus on and leverage the upsides.
And the obvious advantage is the stamina. You can literally have sex 10 hours per day if you want. And if someone wants to do it with you.
There are no boundaries anymore in terms of your dick's ability to get and stay erect.
And that's a pretty nice upside, especially when coming from ED, where there was constant worrying.

Good luck.

+1 on that and I see no problem with the picture as it does not show faces and even the tattoo is not an identifying feature these days.

Just want to add to try and stay as positive as you can and towards your doctor for the up coming visit. That way you get as much help from him/her as you can. Take care.

That is my biggest concern, that i was just improperly sized due to an inexperienced surgeon. One of the surgeons had not done an implant in 5 years and the other did them very infrequently. I have my post op on jan 4th and want to be as informed as possible when i go. What is the best way to accurately and fully measure someone for an implant? I want to ask my surgeons what how exactly they determined my size, along with getting the surgical notes to see proximal and distal measurements to make sure it was done properly. If it wasn't, then if like to schedule a revision
with dr.eid or dr.kramer. It feels to me like they didnt try to give me proper sizing, they were just happy to have a successful implantation. To me, an inaccurate sizing, is a failed implantion.

Curbside. You need to live on YouTube for a week. Watch all of Kramers & Perito's video's. They both show the sizing procedure frequently.
Btw, surgeons that match yours qualifications are usually not recommended by FT regular posters. You are usually advised to get one that does a lot per year. Maybe a floor of 30 to 50. One that wants for you what you want for yourself.
Go to the AMS website. Download the intruction manual for your implant. Read & memorize the sections that apply to your model. Then come back & research those steps.

Curbside,

I'll echo GT's comment here.
You need to watch all the videos for the following doctors:
- Dr. Eid
- Dr. Kramer
- Dr. Clavell
- Dr. Perrito
- Dr. Brian Christine

I've watched all of Dr. Kramer's videos at least 2 or 3 times each. You will feel like you know how to do the surgery afterward.

They also show the "goal-post" procedure to make sure the dilation into the crus is straight too, but that makes me wonder if that procedure was done with MK1965's "crossover" rear tips.

I actually have the opposite recommendation to not drain your days away watching penis surgery videos. It's not going to make a difference at this point, you're just going to work yourself up into a more agitated state wondering if you got the "right" result like the 14 billion videos you'll end up watching. You have what you have in you, which is what you had available at the time of the surgery, but your real outcome won't be known for a long time until you heal and you get used to it. In the meantime, try to do things that bring actual value to your life and the lives of others instead of becoming even more fixated on your penis.

C_lab34...Please add your signature to provide all of us with relevant information about your ED, implant, surgeon, etc. This will help us to help each other. Thanks!
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.
