I would have to agree about undersize. The thing is how much. You should be really strict on cycling now. For 2 reasons. One you need to stretch the tissue as much as you can to prevent loss. And two you may get the tips back into the glans. If that happens then you will need to decide if another surgery at that time is worth doing. If you decide to have a reoperation then if it were me after I was fully healed I would combine VED use with cycling to do every thing I could to help get as much size back as I could. May help as some studies show and then it might not make any difference. No way to know for sure but it won't cost anything in size to try unless you over do it. Just get a VED with a gauge and keep the vacuum below 5inhg. There are 2 ways that have been used. One is to slowly inflate to just below 5inhg then deflate after a few seconds and repeat. The other way is to maintain just under 5inhg for a period of time. Just nice gentle pulls to maintain size and not cause damage.

To add to what newbie443 said about the tips in the glans, when I went to see another doctor for a second opinion about my implant progress at 2-3 months, he said I should pull my penis backwhile starting to inflate, basically forcing the tips into the glans so they would seat correctly. This is probably only needed for a short time until your implant sets in and the corpora sort of attach you the tips.

You might want to try that, essentially retracting your dick to the same length as the implant is perceived to be, while starting to pump up.

Wish I could say something different but after my titan or this ams there is no way I could do that to my glans when I inflated even at the beginning. My tips were well up in the glans.

You might feel for any fold and if you feel any get in a hot bath and work them up. I pushed my glans down and tips up to make sure they were seated good.

Best.

Have a look at this thread by Ruktitan. It might help you decide if you were undersized: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=9851
