Thanks! It's definitely interesting...As a bi guy, I forget sometimes that most men don't see a ton of dicks or ejaculation outside of professional porn. I have very thick semen that is pretty low-volume. Absolutely no change in volume, thickness, or ejaculatory force pre vs post implant.

Probably one of the things I wanted to get across most is that just by looking, it's almost impossible to tell I have an implant...Both in aesthetics and operation, it's very similar to a natural penis. However, when flaccid, it's very apparent something is different, both in look and feel.

In real sexual situations with my husband, I've been pumping up to 50% before we start fooling around, and then pumping up the rest of the way as we go, depending on what we're going to do. I've found it is actually quite easy to pump discretely, or at least without disrupting the flow of the sexual experience. All a learning experience, and I often have to remind myself that I'm still so early in the process!

I don't know if I am unusual (others might want to weigh in on this point), but I have not seen a lot of porn, and think that professional porn is unlikely to be truly representative of either male or female sexual response. (My filmography is from the '70s and consists of just two movies, "Deep Throat" and "Behind the green door" as I recall. But I really remember very little of either.

Same as it ever was! Gets engorged in about the same pattern as it did before the implant. Which is to say that it grows a bit during arousal and sex, and gets its largest right before orgasm.

I just read everything on your jornal and WOW, thanks for sharing everything. It certainly helps us who are searching for answers. You have commented on my topic already (24 and considering an implant) and I hadn’t read it on your signature that you are Bi, so it’s nice to read about your experience.

About your glans... if you manage to penetrate without it being so engorged... can you still feel any pleasure? I’m asking that cause I also have venous leak and find it hard to feel much pleasure when I penetrate cause my glans don’t engorge very easily. It takes a lot of stimulation for them to engorge and only when I’m about to orgasm they do get its largest (and I guess it’s also hard to feel much pleasure because my dick folds and ED of course, and when I’m wearing a condom it becomes even harder to feel anything cause I feel like my foreskin gets kinda “stuck” in between the glans and the condom during the in and out motions). So that’s a big concern for me... I was also wondering if you tried taking viagra or Cialis after your surgery? Cause I feel that, if I do get an implant, a pill or two would help my blood flow down there so my glans can engorge faster.

Sure, I feel plenty of pleasure without the engorgement, though if I'm dealing with a very tight place, it can definitely squeeze enough blood out that there's less good sensation. Stronger the arousal, the better the blood flow, which helps keep things sensitive and orgasm-ready. I've done some cialis with the implant, and I think it did a bit of good! But it takes me back to the headspace I was in, where I had to nervously anticipate whether or not I was going to have sex, then make sure I took a pill, then hope it's one of the 30% of the times the pill actually helps...Really, the anxiety of "Will it work or won't it?" is a big part of what drove me to eventually get an implant, so I'm not eager to go back.

So yeah, I take a little longer than I did pre-implant to orgasm. But I still get there, and I don't need to rush to orgasms any more because my erection is going to be there as long as I want it to.
