I have surgery schedule March 9th. I asked for a visit with Lentz before surgery to measure length.
Is the stretched length the same as masturbation length? The stretched is at least 5". It seems when I masturbate it is bigger, but I am unable to measure. As soon as I stop I loose erection. I am a grower, but maybe it just seems bigger because of the blood flow causing girth to be bigger. I was 6.25" in my younger days.
If the tip (head) fills with blood wouldn't that make a size deference?

Does his technique still leave you with sensitivity/feeling as you have before surgery?
He usually waits 2 weeks before inflating.

What are questions I should be asking on the 4th?

You will never regret doing this! Don’t worry about length. Your new length, if it is a Titan, will be like your original pre ED length. My stretch length and estimate was the same as yours and I will send you a pic of the new deal. I love it.

Just go into this knowing it is not that bad and any discomfort will be temporary. I did not even have bruises. Listen to the doctor and give yourself time to heal. The worst part is being partially inflated while healing but that was fun for me Bc I was like you in losing the erection.

My stretched lenght was not the same as masturbation lenght especially just few seconds right after orgasms when penis was still in its full size.
Forget about lenght. Lenght is not most important value. Important is that you will have working penis and you can do what ever your imagination is and for as long as your heart can tolerate.
Go for it. You won’t regret it.

I do have 45 degree bend from peyronies. So, I lost some length.
Size seems good when I masturbate, but when just stretching it seems...well small

Using the VED, and measuring the bottom of the tube it's 6 1/4". Now I know that's not true length, as the tube gets pressed into skin a lot. Also you can pump/stretch it bigger than it actually is. Heck, if I get 5 1/4" ill be happy.
I will use VED daily until surgery. I may not gain any just do not want to lose any more.
