I use the rings that came with my Revive VED system and they work well.Osbon has a rebutation as having the best Medical grade rings and I am going to try one.They are not cheap but probably worth it.Just a safety tip using a VED with an implant be careful to not pump up to the point of pain,I just get it to the point of feeling some slight stretching and glands engorgement and stop there!

I have used the Osbon bands before, they are very good, but very expensive indeed!
I will pm you the site I have used, if I can find it. They have probably gone up in price since then.

Have you ever found the tubing to interfere with ring placement?

No problem with ring placement at all.I just slide them off the VED tube.I use two,I have typical bad leak!It takes two to keep it engorged.

Sorry to bump this thread again. I have just bought a VED (implanted 5 months ago) and I’m keen to try this out. How long do you think I should pump for ? Currently I’m nervous of pumping for too long and I don’t think I’m doing it for long enough. Are you meant to pump break bump each time or are you meant to pump break and release pump. It’s not too clear from the instruction videos I am watching. Cheers !

Can someone explain for me why you would use a blood flow restriction device with an implant??? I get the use of a VED to help with engorgement due to a reduced girth, but, unless you pump twice a day for 20-30 minutes each, for 30 days, the engorgement won't be permanent.

Caution...do not pump more than 5-7 inches of vacuum, and if your pump doesn't have a vacuum gauge be darn careful!! Over pumping can rupture the veins in the penis. OUCH!

And yes, I do use a VED prior to sex...with a pump that has a gauge. I always start with a 10-15 warm-up, wrapping very a warm wash cloth around my schlong to help kick start the process. After pumping, I repeat the warm-up. Then 30+ pumps of my third ball and VIOLA, rock hard and ready for lift off.

Testimonial... since I became "bionic" I have gained both length and girth.

In closing, I hated those silicone(blood flow restricting) bands before I went bionic. They hurt like hell, they turned my dick purple, and unless I used 2 or 3 they didn't work.

I'm surprised osbon rings are medical grade, they apply a lot of pressure, there are novelty rings that are surely safer.

With glans engorgement, trapping blood in the spongosium is important, however trapping blood in the superficial dorsal vein can cause "Mondors disease", which is one main reason why they say no more than 20 or so minutes use, no more than once an hour.

I do wish they'd make better rings that would reduce blood flow leaving the spongosium while not traping blood in the superficial dorsal veins.

The idea of using it with an implant is to trap blood in the glans.

I hate the fiddly nature of using rings, the pain, but I love the affect. Hard, my girth goes up by half an inch too. Just have to be careful.
I wish they would make slightly wider osbon rings. More comfortable.
Maybe make them skin colour too. Or black to be more masculine. Hate the bright pink colour...
