Should I be excited or scared?
Re: Should I be excited or scared?
Day 6 recovering well. Bruising staring in genital area and a bit uncomfortable at scrotom. I’ve had a painless erection for six days now and can’t wait to lower it and start cycling soon! My scrotom burns any remedies out there that can help?

I used Lidocaine cream when I felt pain in scrotum in the first week, and again after 4 weeks, when I started cycling. It was painful for about 3 days.
Everything you feel is normal. You will be very good!

Re: Should I be excited or scared?
Day 7 post op. Today I had another bowel movement which was good. Now starting to feel some pain In my cylinders and starting to feel them. I worried it’s not going to feel natural after I heal? I also have penile pain from time to time. Flacid and it’s still erect and I’m wondering if it will go down? If not it’s going to be hard to conceal and if anyone has any tips or ideas let me know?

Mine was same way. Depress and hold the fluid release button with dominant hand, take and gently squeeze penis from the sides with your other hand. You will probably hear/feel pressure release. Work your way from just under glans to pubic fat pad with the gentle squeeze maneuver. Penis should go down quite a bit, to the not noticeable stage at that point I generally pump about 2 or 3 pumps back into the implant. I've found that easier to remove penis from pants for urination purposes.....or a blow job if you find a lady so inclined.
Implant 1/28/2021. Dr Stephen A Johnson. Done at Baylor, Scott and White in Sherman, Texas. TRT since 2005, serious ED from 2004. Used nearly all PDE5 drugs. Injections failed. Started cycling at 1 week. Cycle most days. AMS 700 CX 23cm, 100ml reservoir.
Re: Should I be excited or scared?
Thank you for the advice! I hope the my penis will return to some kinda normal? I feel inflate I still have a partial erection. Could this be due to swelling or is this normal to not be able to tuck it in? Praying this was worth it because it’s a no return deal. I’m only one week so I will wait till my follow up with doc.
Re: Should I be excited or scared?
Day 8. Mild pain at scrotom.what I’m getting worried about is this flacid state. My stuff is still stiff just narrow but, semi erect. I’m worried how this is going to feel? I feel like I have something fake inside me that hurts!
Re: Should I be excited or scared?
Like others have said it will take time for things to heal up and be more normal. Everyone heals at a different rate. My recovery was long because I had family member around who would a allow me to to rest like I needed to or cycle my implant like I wanted to. Yes you do have something inside you and it’s strange as can be when you pull it out to urinate, it doesn’t feel real, does it?
You are sore and swollen right now in some places so when you look at your new best friend, it can look very short and stubby. Bottom line we got our implants to make us feel better. Sex was hit or miss for me, I spent more time worrying if I get it up and keep it up for sex than enjoying myself. My confidence is through the roof now!
Once you get through the healing and have you first after implant sex, I feel most of your concerns will be gone

I hope you are right and am hoping as all of us were at one point. It’s just mice flacid sticks straight out like a thin errction I can’t put down in my pants. They use a titan 22 cc and I’m wondering if that implant is more rigid than others?

I'm pretty sure that all Titans are known to be stiff. Most will soften up over time.
