Worried about loosing size

Postby Nudist61 » Wed May 05, 2021 12:42 am

I have always been quite proud and (often complimented) about my girth especially. My length was 7 inch and my girth was 6.5 inch. I have lost about 2 inches of length due to fat (I think). I have also been having problems for the last 7 years keeping an erection and use Cialis. I found out about PT-141 about a year ago and have combined it with Cialis for some crazy libido along with extra hard and long lasting erections. I would be super hard for hours (or until I cum) and have a chubby for a few days.
Yesterday when putting my fingers around my erection it seemed more girthy. I got out my cloth tape measure to check my girth. To my surprise my girth is now a wonderful 7 inches.
I know I will one day I will need and I am willing to get a 3 piece implant. But I am worried about losing this wonderful girth and more length.
Any advice?

Loosing some length and or girth are both possible, but tell me, would you rather have a limp plump dick or maybe a somewhat smaller rock hard one? I chose the latter. I lost some "Gained" girth from using Trimix for 12 yrs., but did not lose any length. I am very happy with my decision to get my implant. It's as hard as I want to make it and last as long as I want even after I cum. Life is full of trade offs. JUST FIND A GREAT DOCTOR!

I have never heard of PT-141. What is it and does it work?
60 yrs old. Gradually worsening ED for 10 years. Pills and trimix not working well anymore. Will need an implant in the near future.

Welcome to the site. As far as size loss there is 2 kinds. One is caused by ED. One well known Florida doctor has stated that the only thing that ends this is the penile implant. But there has been studies that show VED therapy can greatly reduce or slow this down. Male start having erections even before we are born. These nocturnal (multiple times a day) erection are required for penis health. And men who have prostate removal surgery are sometimes given VED therapy instructions. The publication is in the Documents worth reading thread in the general section of this forum as well as some other really good publications on preventing size loss preop. The second kind is loss pre vs post op. There is also some very good information on preventing size loss post op. This information is mainly directed at length. As far as the 7" girth I will say that is something you need to talk with a really good doctor about. Good luck going forward with this.

PT-141 is a peptide you can buy online here in Canada. It is sold as experimental only. It is incredible and when taken with a Cialis you will have the thickest hardest erection ever. Also it induces extreme hornyness. I think because it got me so extremely extra hard and for long periods it actually gave me extra girth.
Google it. There is a lot of information out there.

I was also wondering how the pump will look in my nut sack because I have very tiny balls that do not hang much due to steroid use.

I've got the AMS and while length loss was negligible I lost a bit of girth. My boner is more oval than round. I have heard that Coloplast is better in that regard. I, too, have limited space in the scrotum and have to constantly arrange things. The AMS pump is known to be larger. I'm not complaining though. To have my manly powers is fantastic

Current size won't matter if you can't get it up. After my prostate surgery my penis felt odd. Pulled back by the shortening of the uretha it felt hard and and lost size. Flaccid it was smaller than my thumb. I could not get an erection. I researched and found that size loss was a common side effect of not just prostate surgery but also ED, if you don't use it you lose it.
I started using a VED daily to try to preserve size while waiting for potency to return. While potency never did return, the VED did for me save size, I have not lost length, while girth is down a bit. I think it is worth exploring the use of a VED prior to implant, to try to preserve what you have now.
Post implant, erect length is better than my teen years, girth less. Flaccid is way better than at anytime in my life, nothing like yours but gee I feel a lot better about myself.
Cheers boots.
