So, its going on 4 months since your implant. How long you been modeling? Have you noticed any results yet?

Darnell18,
March 19th, so about 2 1/2 months. I have realized a small amount of change, but I haven't been really diligent about it either. Had I been more aggressive about doing it every time I cycle like he told me to, I am sure I would have had more dramatic results.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Regarding self-modeling, I still had about a 15-20 degree curve after my implant on 10/28/19. I was given green-light to cycle on 11/12/19 and by day 80 post-op I was still seeing the curve. I decided to take the initiative to model to remove the curve and by the fourth day (84 day's post-op), it was markedly improved.

Within a month I was "ARROW STRAIGHT" and during my 3-month checkup with my doctor, I told him that I'd modeled to remove the residual curve and he agreed that it was perfectly straight.

Admittedly though, he did extensive modeling while I was on the table to break free the 0.75-0.80" calcified plaque free on the top-right side where the bend is seen in the pre-op photo in the link below. Below is the link showing pre-op bend, the bend on day 77 (three days before starting to model it) and day 84, two days after I started to model the curve. I pumped up to about 80-85% and bent against the curve, until I felt a slight discomfort of stretching on the shorter area (like max inflation feels when starting to cycle).

I really need to get serious about modeling to correct the remaining curve, which will reduce or eliminate the cylinder tip pain when I'm erect. I know it works because of the aggressive modeling the doctor did in the OR to break up the enormous plaque mass and reduced my curve from 60 degrees to 30 or less. Cycling has I think, helped correct the small amount of bend in the shaft. What is giving me trouble is the curve just below the head of my dick. It curves to the left, and the cylinders try to point straight ahead.

Hey Steve, a thought,, Not sure what the stuff is called, I'll say "surgical tape" (its purple and stretchy cloth-like but not very sticky-but does stay put when they wrap it around your arm in shot prep) Any way what ever that stuff is called, Would you be able to wrap it snugly around the tip so that it would allow the alignment you want and you could still be able to pump up to your max??

cbinspok,
I know the tape you are referring to. I don't think it would help because it takes a great deal of pressure to force my dick and implant in the opposite direction of the curve. Thanks for thinking about it though.

Thanks for the info on remodeling. There was decent improvement on the pics for just 4 days of modeling. Hopefully this will be all I need to do to be at least 3 o'clock straight. Otherwise, I may have to consider going back in. Looking forward to trying this out once I'm cleared to cycle. For now, I'm just keeping it upright towards my stomach. Thanks again for the details!

Go ahead and give it some serious attempts at modelling it straight Steve. You've come this far. Might as well try to make it as comfortable as you can get. There was a lot of time, stress, pain, and money in dealing with this condition. Go for it and keep us posted..

Dr. Clavell is my doctor, however I was Dr. Cornell's patient before Clavell joined his staff.
Dr. Cornell did my IPP in 2015. I have been well pleased with my IPP.
