Strange that Coloplast has only fixed models, AMS makes all of their models either preconnected or surgeon connected. The surgeon connected variety allow for tubing length adjustment both on pump and resrvoir.

For me the pump is testicle height between the right and left testicles. My right is larger and forward while the left is rear most and significantly smaller due to being undescended for the early part of my life and having a fair portion removed for biopsy when the undescended problem was corrected. The extra space is perfect for the AMS pump.
