Is your Titan "flacid" rigid enough to penetrate?

Postby wolfpacker » Thu Jul 01, 2021 7:48 pm

I'm on day 7 of my Coloplast Titan from Dr Eid and I swear even at the most deflated I can get it, it's still rigid enough to penetrate a wet vagina. Ive basically had a low quality erection 24/7 even though I've been deflated. Is this everyone else's experience with the Titan as well? I knew it gave you a larger "flacid" state, but it seems I can't reach a flacid state at all- only somewhat erect, and fully erect.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

I was having the same exact experience. Asked nurse about it and she said the key is to squeeze continuously while deflating and do it like 3 times. So I was doing the equivalent of a pulsating squeeze aka pressure/release/pressure/release to deflate .. now I do a long squeeze for 20 seconds..release than wait a minute than repeat. 2 or 3 times. Since that change I've been getting a more flaccid angle. Went from 3pm till 4-4:30 and feels overall most flaccid. Hope that helps.

I had the same problem for the first weeks.

The truth is I wasn't deflating enough.

You should press and hold the deflate button.
While holding it, squeeze your shaft and hold it for some seconds (try 10 sec).

In the beginning yes,I’m six months out and everything has softened up so that flacid is a lot better and actually very comfortable now.

My implant was very rigid for quite a while.

I walked bowlegged for weeks after my surgery, and it was a few months before I was able to wear my regular pants.

But my implant has softened some. Flaccid, my dick is harder than it ever was when I wasn't aroused.

I haven't tried to have sex without being inflated. I can't think of why I would want to try. ;)

If you're only at day 7 you have a while before determining what your flaccid is going to look like.
Shortly after my implant fully deflated left my penis looking almost flat. Now at 1 1/2 years out I can no longer get that deflated, it stays fairly stiff and much bigger than my pre-ED flaccid. Truthfully I think my flaccid penis could get into a wet vagina now.

I would say at day 7 there is swelling in your penis adding to the firmness, give it a few weeks for swelling to go down and implant to soften up.
Like someone else implied, deflation varies from day to day. There are various techniques in deflating you will find what works best for you. And there are times you may want to wear it more inflated. there is a learning curve.

I'm 6 weeks post and for the 1st 4 weeks post I was maintaining a 60% erection to reduce scarring. Now I'm am inflating everyday for 45 minutes. When deflating I've noticed that it appears to be flaccid but later on appears to be about 30% inflated. I've had to go back and re-deflate to get flaccid. I spoke to my regular Urologist and he said I could possibly be auto inflating due to swelling.
